I spoke with the son, I’m sad I forgot his name! But he, and the father (who I believe is the owner), were so nice! They were actually able to help me over the phone. A lot of other companies would have charged me to come out and do what they did over the phone with me. That’s how you know they truly care about their work. They are extremely knowledgeable and experts in their field when they can walk me through an entire rewriting process of my thermostat, and my attics AC unit! We finally have cold air! I’m so thankful and could not recommend them any more highly! Thank you!!!

They have replaced both my furnace and air conditioner with more efficient models when my old ones were DOA.

Air Advisor replaced a condenser unit for us last year. Since, they have replaced air ducts damaged by a raccoon in the attic. All has been excellent work and service at a reasonable price lower than quoted elsewhere.. Thus, I have purchased a maintenance contract to use them for all further air/heating needs. I recommend Tyler and Rusty highly for anyone who look to work with honest and reliable people.

I interviewed quite a few companies for a new heater/AC unit in September 2018. The owner, Rusty, was very thorough, kind, and patient with my zero knowledge of heater/ac units. He was not in a rush and was respectful to both my mother and me. He also did not charge as much as the other companies did for the same brand. When the installers came, they were professional, kind and cleaned everything up before they left. I had a question about my heater recently. Today Rusty's son, Tyler, came out and checked everything. He explained the way the heater works and the situation in my attic. He was also very thorough and kind. This is a family run company that I highly recommend!

After a harrowing week, and one half-a$$ attempt to repair or AC from a once respectable company, we called Air Advisors. Lisa was super friendly and pleasant and promptly scheduled an appointment for the same day. Tyler came out and figured out the problem and could not do enough. He and his crew returned the next day to install inside air handlers. His crew were all friendly, made sure they put down protection on all floors and went out of their way to make it a good experience. When spending so much money on such a big purchase for your home you want confidence and reassurance it's getting done properly. Tyler is your man! I would recommend Air Advisors to anyone needing AC unit or AC handler needs. Above & beyond!

Our AC hadn't been cooling all weekend and we were really hoping to resolve it on our own but Air Advisor came out for a very reasonable price and got it fixed so quickly. Rusty was so understanding and professional. They're really a company that deserves your business.

Rusty is GREAT!!! I had a TRANE A/C installed by A1 services in Dallas (DO NOT USE or CALL THEM for ANYTHING!!!!). Rusty informed me the unit was completely wrong. 4 ton condenser with a 2 speed compressor connected to a 3 1/2 ton air handler with single speed fan,duct work badly patched and done and wrong size vapor line.They had scabbed in a piece of 7/8" copper line to 3/4" to attempt to make it look right!!! Unit finally died from surging and fighting itself to death in less than 5 years!! I had asked for a 5 ton unit and this what A1 gave me and installed.They assured me repeatedly it was a 5 ton unit. I received a completely non compatible unit from A1! Well Rusty spent the time discussing with me, my options and fixed me up with a new (real 5 Ton unit) from LENOX and correct new sized liquid/vapor lines and repaired the duct work.Looks amazing. GREAT PRICE and VERY PROFFESIONAL INSTALL. Finally a A/C that cools without even straining and purrrs like a cat.THANKS AGAIN RUSTY for a TRUE PRO experience!!! My advice to anyone looking for any HVAC work/service save yourself the agony-worries and disappointment of A/C work BY GETTING RUSTY to your job FIRST!!!!!! Would recommend to ALL!!!

As a licensed architect in the State of Texas, I appreciate quality workmanship as witnessed with Air Advisors. Response to our air conditioning repair needs was surprisingly fast - I called and Air Advisor and they were at our house within an hour or two - not the typical day or two. Tres determined the cause of the problem and made arrangements for the repair. Workmen came to our house on time and completed the work ahead of schedule with no mess. The workers were total professionals and treated my wife with respect which I greatly appreciate. Trust Air Advisor for all your HVAC work.

Rusty the AC tech is the best. Made a accurate diagnostic of a 14 year old AC system. Next day I had a brand new HVAC. Excellent customer service, friendly, knowledgable, trustworthy, and reasonable prices. Highly recommend. AAA+++++

Rusty is a great service tech with great customer service. He completely install a new unit with new air ducts system that he designed and did great job with the design. Now I have cold air blowning in every room. No more problems thanks Rusty.
