UPDATE Review: Air Advisor returned to my home and addressed my concerns from their initial visit. Tyler (The EXPERT Tech) was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. All is well in our home now (both cooling & heating) thanks to Air Advisor.

Cannot enough great things about the service and professionalism. Our unit stopped working and called them in the evening, they came out the next day tried and tested to keep us from having to replace the unit, we had our unit the next day and installed by noon. Rusty and his team was exceptional, they showed up when they said they would and cleaned up and checked out everything. Recommend them highly.

I found Air Advisor thru facebook after taking bids from several other A/C companies in town. I hired them to add a system to my house. They were very professional and efficient. The job was excellent and the price was right. I am a builder so now I use them on all of my projects. I would recommend them to everyone.

I called first thing in the morning because we knew a capacitor was out in one of our units and we were going to be taking care of matters until around 4 p.m., but they were able to attend to our needs after we got home. They did a great job, were very easy to deal with and honest and I will definitely use again.

Janelle called immediately when I checked on Angie's List for a quote on our AC, and Rusty came within an hour of her call to give us a free check, and was excellent going throughout our townhome to inform us that our AC was still fine for a while. He was very pleasant and gave us good info on our AC system, which is a Rheem .

Will positively use them, when we have any problems with out system!

This will be the best company you even use there affordable and honest and the customer service is more then you will see from 99% of any service company out there. If you have a problem with your ac or you dont want to have a problem out of your ac call Air Advisor I promise they'll do you right!

Installed a new unit at a really good price, and much quicker than expected. Customer service is impeccable. Everyone is attentive and helpful, eager to make the experience a good one. This is what good customer service looks like!

Rusty was very knowledgeable and professional . He's also kind and helpful. I would recommend him to anyone with concerns and problems with their a/c unit.
