Panda Heating and Cooling

I called Panda Heating and Cooling because a couple other times companies were not able to fix the problem. They said I needed a new furnace. Panda Heating and Cooling came in and fixed my problem in less than 5 minutes. The HVAC Professional was respectful and courteous as well as informative. I would highly recommend this company for any HVAC needs.

Arrived in stated window, quickly diagnosed the issue and had the unit fixed and cooling my home again in about 20 minutes. Only small issue was that the technician never provided a quote for the work. They just asked for payment at the end.

Jason did a great job fixing my ac unit. I hired someone else originally, and they messed everything up. He was on time, polite, professional, and made sure I was good to go.

I'm still not 100% sure about the service. The service guy was nice. I mean he didn't say very much, but he wasn't rude and he got straight to work. However, when he left the first time after attempting to fix my AC unit, the temperature in my house never dropped. He said the unit only needed cleaning and he pointed out that I had my filter in the furnace upside down. He flipped it, cleaned the unit and then told me the issue was fixed. After a couple of hours I called back because nothing had changed. He came back. I'm not exactly sure what he did the 2nd time. He told me the temperature should begin to drop, then left again. It did drop, but not until many hours later when the temperature outside had dropped significantly. Eventually, around 9pm, the temperature in the house finally reached the temperature set on the thermostat. However, the temperature went up to 78 today and my thermostat is set at 73. I know it's really hot outside today, which is why I haven't called back. The odd thing is, the temperature on the thermostat is rising even though it's getting later and the temperature outside is falling. So, I appreciate that the guy came back and checked his work and didn't charge me anything extra. He also returned promptly after I called the 2nd time. I appreciated that. The thing is, I still don't know if my AC unit is fixed. So of course that's a problem.

Routine maintenance of my AC unit. They had to reschedule because of a thunder storm so got me in right away the next day. Priced as expected, very pleasant customer service, will definitely use them again in the future. Highly recommend.

I called 4 other companies for 3 days straight, they never even gave me a courtesy call. I called Panda and they immediately messaged me back, and set up an appointment for the same day! Customer service is NOT dead, Panda Heating and Cooling Inc proves it. Will definitely call again!
