Collin, Andy and crew did a great job replacing a broken coil in my house. Taylor had been like a nail on Lennox’s bed to get my warranty approved. The delay on the coil from Lennox is something they cannot avoid or do something about. And at the end when the coil arrived, Andy showed up bright and early at my house and start working. Five hours later my house is cool and clean like they were never here (Andy always brings a big vacuum in his truck to clean up after the job is done). Was using their service before and will continue to do so in the future.
Very professional and highly recommended.

In the middle of summer, in Texas, the last thing you need is for your air conditioner to stop working. This can be stressful, especially when it happens on a Saturday, which is what happened to me.
I called Collin Air Conditioning and the technician on call responded within the hour. He came out right away. I described as best as I could what was wrong. The technician stopped by his store and picked up the part (our motor went out).
They used proper safety measures and had us up and running quickly.
I will be a customer for life.

Collin Air came by today… wow we were truly impressed! So nice, friendly, polite and professional. And they came out quickly too! We were thrilled with their amazing work ethic. You just don’t see that too much these days. Would highly recommend them to family, friends and everyone!

My air conditioner just stopped working in 100+ weather. Alex was at my house within an hour of my calling!!! He diligently worked on the system, but it was very old and unfortunately needed replacing.

Alex and Collin were at my house just before 8am the next morning with my new unit and had it cooling before noon!

I have been using Collin for repairs at my home for 20 years. They have never tried to sell me anything I didn't need. Colin showed up last minute and way out of his operating area because he came referred by our roofer. Super professional and very straight forward about our AC. He did a complete system checkup and ensured that everything was in working order.
