We have been using Collin Air for years and have never been disappointed. Brian and his team are second to none. Always professional, courteous and kind. Andy arrived on time and took great care of us. Thanks Collin Air for all you do.

Called at 10:45 am with my thermostat showing 83 degrees downstairs, called and hoped I could get an appointment in 48 hours, but instead it was fixed by 1:00 pm THE SAME DAY.

I have a home warranty policy and I don’t call them for AC repair. I will only call Collin Air. I’ve used them for years and have such a great relationship with them. Cannot recommend enough. 100 out of 10 stars.

Update I had to get a new outside unit and thermostat. It just wasn't fixable. Jimmy was here early. Collin located a compatible unit and the crew was here by one installing. Incredible service from the whole crew. Thanks

They recently installed & redesigned an entire AC/Heat system. A team of pros showed up early and worked all day. We now enjoy a quieter efficient system & comfortable home. We can always count on them to deliver prompt, excellent service! 5 Stars isn't enough! Satisfied client for over 20 years!

My AC unit began blowing hot air. After 2 other companies ghosted me, I called Collin Air on the advice of a friend. There was a tech at my house in 20 minutes. He was able to restore my AC back to cool air until a part can be obtained for my outside unit. After the temp in my house hit 96, I’m so grateful.
