JMS Air & Heat has my back whenever I call. I know I can put my trust in them. I had a leak in the attic recently from the air conditioner and they were quick to respond and fix the problem. Another time the heater didn't come on and it ended up being the thermostat. JMS promptly changed it out to a new thermostat and all was good.

I can only say great things about JMS Air & Heat. I called about a water leak from my AC unit. Robbie from JMS came out and did a thorough check of my system. I was advised I needed a complete new system. My system is 40 years old and very inadequate ducts.
I agreed for the work to be done. Robbie and his helper did the most professional job in installing the new system. They worked tirelessly, installed window units to keep the home cool during the whole time of the installation.
I highly recommend James McLaughlin, Owner, and JMS Air & Heat to everyone.

To say that professional is associated with this company would not due them a service. This company treated my elderly folks so poorly and the owner would berate their staff in front of the customer in an effort to show some sort of authority. Call backs were next to nothing and follow ups were only performed if repeatedly contacted to the point that they became irritated and even berated my elderly folks while on the phone. It’s sad that this business started off so promising and then ended with nothing but verbal attacks. Poor customer service to my parents and even worse since my father is veteran. Be cautious and do the research before hiring.

When I called JMS for a ballpark figure I was told "If you are calling around for ballpark estimates to find the lowest price, we probably aren't the service for you." I believed him, thanked him for his honesty, and took my business to Dalton Air and Heating. JMS didn't want or need my business. Dalton Air Conditioning and Heating, on the other hand, not only gave me the ballpark I needed, the owner came out and provided me with a free estimate, four options, and immediate service when I selected them to replace my entire AC/Heating system. I would not bother to trouble JMS for a quote, again.

We live in a mobile home and the landlord called them for a service and to get an estimate. Let me tell you the guy who showed up TODAY, was very rude and wouldn’t listen to anything the previous person said was wrong with the ac/furnace and said oh we will be quick so don’t worry about it. Umm are u serious???
I work in CUSTOMER SERVICE, and let me tell you I would NEVER hire these people what so ever. Want to tell me that I have to leave my house for 4-8 hours to do the job and that we have to take our dogs with us? I would NEVER leave my house for someone to do a job. That just brought up so many red flags.
Needless to say, we told our landlord no on them and told them what happened and they also agreed that they would hire someone else to do the job.

These guys came highly recommended. James, the owner, showed up to my home personally and spent the necessary time to make me and my wife feel comfortable about the decision to re-work some of our duct work and adjust the direction of some of our vents to create better air flow in our home.

Loved their professionalism, speed, and quality of work.
Stop shopping around for the "best price" and hire these guys! Cheapest isn't always the best route when you find out the last guy you hired installed all the wrong sized duct work and placed vents in the wrong locations...

You get what you pay for. Hire JMS Air and Heat!

My home AC randomly stopped working and was not cooling my home. I contacted James (owner), and he and Robbie came out to my house the next day to help. They ran tests and determined that there were several leaks in the refrigerant lines and my system as a hole was 12 years old. He pumped several pounds of refrigerant in that day to give us some relief and did not charge me a dime. They came back the next day to locate the exact issues and then gave me several options and what he thought would be best. He did not pressure me to buy anything I did not need, exact pricing of repairs, and all the advice that I needed. We opted to have multiple parts of the old system replaced and they made sure that the installation worked with my schedule. They are very Police friendly and a great group of guys to deal with! Unfortunately HONEST!!!! Had 2 other companies tell me “you have to replace!” Not JMS from the start they said “let us take a look if we can fix it we will!” Guess what THEY DID!!!!
