Called last night after hours when AC stopped blowing cold. The technician arrived and spent a long time thoroughly diagnosing the system and was acquainted with my option. He is very clean (booties in-house), professional, courteous, is articulate in his trade.

We contacted A Pro Air to consult with them on a new AC. Ours was about 14 years old and had several problems. We discussed three options. They showed us a cheap fix and a middle-of-the-road fix. We were very impressed and appreciated their efforts.

The tech who assisted me when my ac would turn on was fantastic. He found the problem. He explained everything thoroughly, and did an efficient repair. All positive feedback on our end.

My A/C went out at 9 pm on a Thursday. I called, and they answered and immediately set an appointment. for early the following day. They communicated a short window for the expected time and kept me formed via text. They also gave me a 30-minute heads-up since I was at work when they were on the way.

It’s hard to find contractors that you truly trust, and we lucked out with them. We had very easy transactions installing our new commercial AC units. I would recommend them over and over again. Thanks a ton.
