I had them put in a new A/C heat pump for my home 4 years ago. The hottest day of the year, I call them 1st thing in the morning, the lady says she's the only one in the office and will have the repair man call. It's 81 in my house, I waited an call her back at 10:30. I told her that they had put this in and it was still under warranty. It was the condenser....I called a gentleman who said he was on a job but would call at noon. He did and did a warranty for me. He was there 1 hour changed bad part and looked for any leaks. I'll be doing business with young man from now on. He was honest, trust worthy and fair. I guess Mission makes enough off installs but don't want to fix them....lesson learned.

Mission was quick to return my call and timely making the necessary repairs even on the weekend.
