Ben is the best! The end! No, ever gone I’ve encountered at Innovative have been professional. From the initial visit until now I’ve experienced the best service.

Parker was very efficient, friendly, and professional. Came out on a Sunday evening and got be back to comfortable temps. He seemed very knowledgeable and was eager and willing to answer any questions I had. This was top notch service!! I have signed up for their service plan and will be using Innovative Air from here on out. Thanks guys for the great service!!

We continue to be impressed with Parker. The entire team at innovative is top notch. After a professional install by John and Alton- Parker came out and did a follow up with us to make sure everything was working as it should be. Eloy Castro came check out my Heating unit. Really nice and personable. Service charge reasonable. Explanation very good. Waiting on bid and feel reasonably certain it will be good as well. I've used other companies in the past. Like this one the best so far.

This is the best air conditioning company in the area, I have used them several times and they are always professional, on time, and get the job done. The receptionists are wonderful- Honey and Jennifer and help in every circumstance at getting their guys to the job as quickly as possible. A huge Shout out to Eloy Castro who has been out to our house several times to fix our air conditioners and the temp. at a moments notice. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing service for their air conditioning. I can't say enough about how great they are! Thank you Thank you!
