Sarah was very interested in meeting our needs and spending time explaining all of the options they offered. She also did a thorough inspection on our residence to make sure we were getting the equipment we needed to be most cost efficient. She explained how Redhawk operated and what kind of quality service we could expect to get if we choose to use them. Any questions we had that she could not answer she made calls and got the answer.

Was trying to find a reputable heat/AC company to look at my AC. Read reviews for Redhawks and was impressed. Needless to say I was not disappointed. Henry(our technician) was awesome. Walked me through what the issue was, what caused it and how he was going to fix the issue. I couldn't be more impressed with Redhawk. I will definitely be using them from now on.

I was having problems with my air conditioner and the gentleman was very kind and helped me understand the issue. He also brought to light how my unit was improperly installed and could potentially be dangerous. Im glad he brought this to my attention because the issue could've been fatal to my family.
Ramona who answered the phone was very kind and she also tried to help me troubleshoot the issue before having someone come down to help.
