      What ever happened to customer satisfaction being the number 1 priority??? If I want and ask for my machine to be working, get my machine to work charge me the 100$ 200$ an hour iam good but get my machine to work supervisors in this company cant seem to understand that we the customer pay the Bill and the salary....
