Fabian, took my call and was just an absolute pleasure to work with! He personally took it upon himself to come over and assist because he is just that kind of leader! I highly recommend his team! They arrive when they say they will and they make it their mission to leave you satisfied!

I can't begin to express how great the service I received was. Fabian came out and did a great job on my unit made more repairs than I had originally let him know about did not price gouge on additional parts needed. My unit is older and has had repairs done but never had the honestly and great sice I received today!!! Extremely happy with repairs done as well as cost!! Would definitely use again!!!

I’m not big on writing reviews but with the type of exceptional service my family received from FL Services Heating & Cooling, I felt compelled to write one. Fabian came to our rescue on two separate occasions. The first one was about two weeks before the deadly freeze that befell Texas. My husband had replaced a bad blower wheel but we had no idea that some of the fins had damaged some coils. Fabian came out to our home late at night and realized that we had damaged coils and he was able to get our heater running again within minutes. The second time Fabian helped us was last month when the temperature outside reached a scorching 106°. My home inside went up to a toasty 86°. My husband rushed home from work thinking we had a bad motor run capacitor but after he replaced it, the problem persisted. We were not getting cool air in our home. Like my husband, Fabian was also working on Father’s Day and although Fabian had worked all day, when I reached out to him, he had no problem helping us. Now, that is the definition of an extraordinary work ethic. Fabian came over on Sunday night and determined we had a bad condenser fan motor. With some creativity, Fabian was able to keep myself and family cool throughout the night and the following day, he rushed over to replace the condenser fan motor. So, if you’re sitting on the fence as to finding a company that will provide excellent customer service when it comes to your HVAC needs, FL Services Heating & Cooling is the company to reach out to.

These folks have been great. They were very responsive and even came back quickly to assess an additional issue that had occurred. Great work as well.

Prompt and absolutely fantastic service. Reasonable charges, plus the fact that Fabian went out of his way to resolve our AC issue in the most reliable and economical way possible. I can not recommend FL Services any higher. They are top notch, and the only service company of their kind that I will use. Period.

Efficient!! Same day I called they sent a tech out to triage. The same day I had a new a/c unit installed. Great service and very professional.
