FL Services Heating & Cooling

We have used FL Services Heating and Cooling for a very long time. This company is #1 and very professional. They do an amazing job no matter what the task at hand is. They make sure before they leave that you are happy and satisfied with their services. We have had issues before where our unit has just stopped working. Fabian who was my Technician that came out to fix it was absolutely amazing and was there immediately and took care of it! Adam, my Technician that came out today always goes above and beyond for his customers! He is so Professional and nice. I highly recommend them!!

I cannot say enough good things about Cory and his team. They helped me out when another ac company left me hanging. Suffice it to say I will no longer call another ac company when services are needed. Thanks again for helping me and my family out!

FL Services had our building’s AC running in no time, took the time to explain how often to change the filters, and answered any questions we had. Timely and considerate, will definitely use again.

The technicians were very friendly and polite. Kept schedules and even arrived on the weekend, unexpected. Impressed with the technician as he reviewed the unit before installing the compressor they ordered. The issue was just a loose wire. No exchange of the compressor needed.

Koree was a big help. Was very informative and was very quick with diagnosing my AC issues. Would definitely use again and recommend!

Overall it was a good standard installation. Since two units were installed they made appropriate corrections at the time. It was done efficiently. Thank you guys.

My husband and I are so thankful to FL Services Heating and Cooling. Their work and work ethic is outstanding from the estimate appointment to completion. We were shocked to see how they cleaned up when they installed the unit and duct work. We definitely would recommend anyone to give them a call.

Placed an inquiry about having someone come check my A/C at my house. I explained it was working just that I thought it should be better. Note: I had already checked the usual such as filters and that the outside unit was running. Anyway it was no time at all someone responded to me via email. Then a short while later a phone call. The gentleman explained he could be by but that it would be 5p or later. I told him we could schedule for Monday that it wasn’t pressing to be done that Friday. We did and they came Monday. He advised the outside unit needed a simple clean (which he did) and checked the levels and temps. All was fine and it has since worked better today with 105 ambient temps.

Surprise was the bill. They (two techs) were there almost an hour and charged only $100. Good for me because as it ended up, they didn’t get there until 5p. Very professional, informative and helpful with any questions I had. I don’t know their expertise on large, full installs but for a checking and troubleshooting, I’d definitely give these folks another try. They will get a call when time comes to start shopping for replacement unit as well.

I Struggling with an old unit for many years and Fabian always helped me with repairs. So when it came time to replace the unit, I called FL Services Heating & Cooling. They did an excellent job!!
