Meyer Heating & AC are great. Have been my sole service source for over a decade. Thorough, pricing is very fair. I'm a 74 year old capable of repairing most things but good to have a company family owned here to service the New Braunfels & surrounding area. Above all they have my TRUST. Very reliable, and dependable.

Holy Moly!! In the middle of a horrible heat wave Meyer was able to get to our house and fix our air conditioner same day!! Very professional service and explained everything very thoroughly. Cool air is flowing in our house again!

Excellent service! Our technician was out yesterday for our seasonal maintenance and noticed we had mold on the condenser door of our unit. He quickly advised of the problem and provided the best solution for alleviating any future issues. Thankfully he was able to install an air treatment system in the same day. In addition, as we have two units, Meyer sent another employee out to bring another device for the 2nd unit and all was completed in just one visit! Thank you so much! We appreciate the wonderful service.

A/C went down late Fri afternoon on holiday weekend. Called Meyer and the technician showed up about 9 pm. Fixed unit in about an hour.
Cost over $300 for svc call, diagnosis, and part (about $15), but was glad to get it going when the heat is next to the century mark.

I called with concerns my A/C was out and had a tech scheduled to come to my house within 15 minutes. Tony was knowledgeable and troubleshot issues other techs with other companies couldn't figure out. He checked for warranties and got me the best deal on parts needed. He explained every issue and all the items that he was diagnosing. I was happy to see it wasn't as bad as others quoted and I'm sitting in a nice cold house the same day! He ran out to get a part and came right back so my family wasn't left in the heat. I felt he went above & beyond and I'll recommend to friends, family, and colleagues. Thank you!

We needed a new coil in our attic unit for the A/C, which happened to go out during the hottest days of summer. Michael, from Meyer Heat and Air came out the same day we called and diagnosed the problem. He came out the next day and installed the coil in the attic which was about 120 degrees, without a hitch. Now my house is cool once again and my wife and I are very happy, sure sleep better when the house is cool. We really appreciate Michael's prompt attention and expertise with this issue. He literally saved the day. Much thanks and we'll keep him and Meyer as our source for HVAC in the future.

Meyer installed the units in 18' on the new build and they were very easy to work with. There were multiple adjustments to get the air flow and office adjusted for our comfort and they were able to accomplish those adjustments with no issues as well as very prompt and responsive team. We continue to use Meyer at the office for annual maintenance and enjoy the service.
