About a year ago our Compressor stopped working and Meyer was able to service our unit in a timely fashion. It was a simple fix and we were charged fairly. Affordable enough that I signed up for the sensible one year Maintenance plan. Recently the compressor's fan outside stopped spinning with an ice storm and I was concerned. Meyer contacted us since we were due for our last service call. The technician, Michael, that came out was a pro being thorough, and used several diagnostic tools. He explained to me how the Compressor is programmed to stop spinning the fan during low temps, when the unit is doing heating, and then resume. Our unit is still running well, and I signed up for another year of great service with Meyer Heating & Air Conditioning!

I have used Meyer Heating & Air Conditioning for a rental duplex for many years. They have always been very professional and have been honest with what work needs to be completed. One of the AC units finally went out and I had Meyer do the installation on the new unit. They did give me repair options as well. I did my due diligence and checked some other places just to get a price comparison but found Meyer was on the lower ends of the quotes I received. They completed the install in a timely manner and did great work. I highly recommend them for both service, repair and installation.

After we experienced a failure of our home A/C - it just stopped running, and there was a burning smell in the house - we called Meyer. It was 6 pm. The technician was here in 20 minutes and he immediately spotted that a wire bundle had shorted it out. After 15 more minutes it was repaired. We could not ask for better service. It was the best and we were so grateful.

Used Meyer for yrs and very satisfied. The schedulers are courteous and strive to meet our needs. The installers, maintenance and/or repair personnel arrive as promised, are mindful of home/property, and provide excellent service and helpful tips to ensure the best service from our systems.

Tech arrived at the time that was told to me. Tech found that the a/C system was low on freon. Tech explained to me the high cost of the freon and I approved the recharged of the system and system was back in service and started cooling. Woke up Sunday morning with no A/C and forecast of 108 degrees that day. Called Meyer first thing and by 12:30 a tech was at my house. within 30 minutes JW had diagnosed the problem and cool air was once again blowing. Thank you all for the prompt and professional service. I will continue to use Meyer for all of my heating and A/C needs.

Repair workers were on time. Called in advance we’re courteous and spoke well with my husband. I appreciated them going over the problem we were experiencing with our unit.

Friendly and knowledgeable service technician came out and immediately diagnosed and fixed a concern I had with my AC. He did the 6 months service on my up and downstairs HVAC units. I called in the morning and he came out that morning. I have used this company for several years and have always been very pleased with their work. The owner, the office staff and technicians are extremely helpful. I highly recommend them.
