These are my go to guys for 15 years. Local people.They sell a great product and always show up on time and keep me posted on parts.
They recently installed a new AC for us and had it installed by noon and helped me program my
Fancy wifi thermostat. Always nice guys.

A technician came out to repair the AC. He was there for approximately 20 minutes, and said the filters were dirty and I replaced them. He said it did not need refrigerant added, and he left. Later that day, it was hot again. The guy came out the next day, and couldn't find what was wrong. He thought it was the programming. Finally, he discovered the drain was clogged and said, "I didn't even think about that!" I got a bill for the service call and refrigerant (Which I was told that he did not add any). When I called, I was transferred to another lady who said they could take off the refrigerant fee, but she would add on another service call fee. I explained that it should have been discovered the 1st time, and I understand that we all make mistakes. She then proceeded to lecture me that things break and an ac unit is mechanical.....and so on.... I politely thanked her and got off the phone. I will not use them again.

We had our system service 6/27/2018. The technician added 2 pounds of refrigerant and said the system was fine. The house still was not cooling so I called another company thinking it was the theromstat. Only to discover that there is a hole on the system that the Quada Coma tech did not find. Or when he blew out the system he may have blown the duct work. When I called the office she did not seem interested in my issue. Obviously do not recommend this company and will not use them in the future. Very poor workmanship and customer service.
The new tech spent over two hours looking at and repairing the hole in my system. The Quada Coma tech was here less than 30 minutes. He also had to add 2 pounds refrigerate which seems to me that the Quada Coma tech did not add the refrigerant that I was charged for. It seems I would have a major leak if my system used 2 pounds refrigerant in less than two weeks. Which I don't have a major leak because the system is cooling. Consequently if you use this company make sure you physically see the add whatever they are doing to charge for. Very disappointed.

In Jan 2017 they replaced the blower motor , in Jan 2018 they replaced the blower motor, was their not a warranty? Or do they make the motors to only last a year, seems a little odd. Now October 2018 the contactor went bad the tech came to replace, once repaired I asked what the total cost would be and was told around $65. Today the bill comes for double the cost. After calling to explain the situation NO help was given. I was told the bill was correct! I feel like the least they could have done was discount the bill to what the tech said it would cost. This company does not know how to treat a long time paying customer!!!

This company is amazing! 2 winters ago my heater caught on fire and they rushed to fix the problem. They even sent a technician to San Antonio for parts so I would have to wait for it to be delivered being that the temps were dropping below freezing the next two days. Then last summer my AC went out and I called AirTran and they quoted me over $2000 to fix it and add Freon. I called Guadacoma and they came out the next day and it was only my thermostats. I would highly recommend this company to everyone.

I have used Guada Coma for 15 plus years. They are fabulous. I have never felt over-charged or pressured to do things that was not of interest to me. This is like a family business and their customer service is great. The 2 AC specialist i use there are real pros and there's no question they know what they are doing. And on a couple of occasions, my AC went out in the middle of the summer heat. They had techs out on the day I called

The disconnection of my ac went well and technician very professional. the reconnection did not. Never got a call so I could be home, just called from my house. Then proceeded to charge 2 techs for 3 hours when my cameras said they were here 1 hour. Will never use them again.
