I called Aaron in need of an emergency outdoor main fix and he quickly gave me two other plumbers to call because he didn't have the necessary equipment to take the job. Later on he contacted me to make sure the stop and waste valve was closed so I wouldn't be charged for wasting more leaked water.

Seriously the best plumber. Clean cut, honest, trustworthy and kind. He's helped us by fixing toilet troubles, leaking faucets, frozen pipes, toilet installation and new plumbing in our home addition. He also did a killer awesome water heater job when it was time for us to get a new one. Always pleased with pricing too.

I called A. Poll plumbing this morning with a mystery leak that has caused considerable damage to our basement. I was hoping I’d get a plumber out to look at it sometime later in the week, but was pleasantly surprised to hear someone could come by today! (The first of many pleasant surprises.) Matt was at the house a few hours later, and within 40 mins had correctly identified the issue, repaired it, explained the situation (with pictures), provided literally the lowest bill I’ve EVER seen from a plumbing company, and was on his way. We noticed that we had no hot water right before leaving town and leaving our kids with their grandparents and it was stressing us out. He came out right after we contacted him before his first scheduled appointment. He diagnosed the problem as an easy fix and did it without charging us. I'll definitely be coming back for any future needs and highly recommending him to anyone that needs anything.

Honestly couldn't be more happier about the experience, professionalism, quality of work and everything in between. Just after the holidays our water heater busted. I think other people's experiences and reviews are are a huge part of finding the right person to do a job. My wife actually found him on a mommy page and everyone was vouching for his business. After reading some reviews myself I contacted him. Aaron was great. Look lets be real the most important thing is feeling like the person has integrity and honesty in what they say and I truly believe these guys stand by that which is huge. Awesome respons time. Had an issue with hot water pipe frozen in kitchen, it actually resolved itself by the time he got here. He took the time to make sure everything was good and we had no leaks, and gave great advice to avoid this in the future at no charge. Great service and highly recommended.
