I called numerous plumbers all around Mt. Pleasant and still never have heard from them. He called within 15 minutes he got in touch with me and was truly concerned and wanted to help as soon as he could get here. He was one of the most kind and honest person I’ve met. He got here asap. Was totally honest, so professional and went out of his way to help me. One person I called was 3 weeks out. We had no plumbing working. He was in uniform, organized and explained everything to me. I’ve never written a review before but if you need a plumber he’s the the only one I’ll ever use or recommend! So very honest and so kind! Believe me he is who you want to call!! I can’t say enough great things about him. Thank you so much!! He deserves 10 stars.

We have used different plumbers in this area for over 30 years. Luckily the plumber we usually use woud not answer his phone when our water heater went out. I found A Poll's number and it was the smartest thing Ive done. We have used him several times since then and he is the most professional plumber I've ever used. He will not lie to you about when he'll show up and if something comes up that causes him to run late he keeps you informed. Honest, prideful about his work and shows he cares about people. When he uses the word integrity in his logo, he means it. As long as he is available we will not use another plumber.

Excellent work... I called and he was very courteous and professional. He came..gave me an estimate and went to work.
He has the patience of Job. He worked diligently and he upgraded my setup. It is beautiful and functional.

We have used A. Poll Plumbing for multiple jobs. Aaron's service is so excellent that we continue to look for things we want updated around the house. He has always returned our calls quickly scheduled our services fast. Our water heater failed, needed to be replaced, we found A. Poll Plumbing, and have been so happy with Aaron we will continue to use his service. Aaron has made several recommendations for toilets, faucets etc... and we knew that he was the right plumber. We liked the recommended toilet so much we ordered a second for another bathroom. We were tired of our outdoor hose faucets leaking when we turned them on. We had Aaron replace them with 1/4 turn valves and wish that we had done it 20 years ago. A. Poll Plumbing is extremely professional, the best quality, great value, responsive, and on time service that is outstanding.

Per a recommendation, I gave Aaron a call and started working up a quote for the replacement of my water heater. There was a particular direction I wanted to go and thankfully Aaron was able to educate me and steer me clear of the cliff I was about to walk off of.

Aaron showed up on time and quickly got to work. One of the things I appreciate about his work ethic is that he anticipated some additional changes that were in the quote but didn’t have to get done and he adjusted the price accordingly.

It feels good to know that I have a company/person that I’ll be able to trust for all my future plumbing and HVAC work.

I don’t often leave reviews but I felt this guy was due one. I’ll second every good review on here. Very glad I called him and absolutely recommend!

Aaron & Matt have been fantastic to work with. The communication and honestly has been outstanding. Aaron has been the most responsive person I've worked with. He has been on top of answering the numerous questions I've asked; It's amazing how quick he has been getting back to me with how busy he is. I was very impressed how good he was with giving us numerous quotes for TBD projects in our basement without any hesitation. We just had Aaron install a water softener and it ended up costing less due to our house already have been plumbed for one. I was impressed with his honestly in reducing the cost due to less work required by him. Don't think twice and just call A Poll Plumbing.

This is long, but will really explain how Aaron works. PLEASE READ TO THE END!!! He is the kindest, most professional and honest plumber I have ever known. As I was a residential real estate broker for 20 years, and owner of 2 shops that underwent an earthquake retrofit, in which he was involved as the plumber, that's saying a lot.

His was the ONLY company we had as our "top rated" plumber for my real estate team and clients to use. For elderly clients, I completely would trust him to go in and give not only good service at a good price, but to also make the clients feel "safe" and at ease. Whenever I needed a quote for a listing, Aaron was promptly there to assess and give advice, in addition to his quote, followed by work being done.

My shops (a holistic health center/spa/salon and a clothing boutique) underwent an earthquake retrofit. Aaron was the designated plumber for the work in the building above us. Per the construction manager's schedule, water was turned on and off at random times, 29 times in 1.5 months! Not conducive to spa/salon type work.

Aaron eventually felt it was unfair for the property management and construction team to do this to a small business, so he had his team come in - on MY OFF HOURS, in the middle of the night - so that my employees could have a place to work with running water in the morning. (Please don't expect him to do this though! It's merely a testament to how he truly cares!)

I have NEVER experienced such amazing understanding and desire to help from another person.

We were sorry to see him move, although very happy he and his family love Texas so much.

Texas has gained a great asset!
