Extremely great customer service! I called them since, my heater was not working and they came in less than 30mins. This has been the second time they have come to fix our AC and they are very easy to get a hold of and come that same day. If you are looking for somebody reliable they are the ones to go to!!!!

JL Cooling and Heating are the best company around! We had an old a/c system burn out on us in the middle of the night and JL was there for us first thing in the morning replacing our old system with a new one at a very reasonable price and not to mention a nice warranty.

I was having a reoccurring problem with the drain portion on my AC unit. The unit was installed 2 yrs ago and draining within the unit and not out the way it suppose to. After much of a head scratcher, I called JL cooling/heating and diagnosed the problem right away. It was the lower coil support bracket that was missing and was causing it to lean to one side. This becomes more of a problem esp. when the unit is located in the attic. I also had water leak damage on the ceiling. I was impressed with his calm and thorough work he did, unlike the one who installed the unit. I will definitely call him again. Great job Jovan!

My parents A/C went out and I wasn’t able to make the trip down to see them. They’re not very high tech so I just searched an A/C company and came across JL. I let them know the situation about my elderly parents and he reassured me that he would be there within the hour. I hated the situation from the beginning knowing my parents might be taken advantage of. It turned out it was just an extremely dirty filter and that all it needed was a good cleaning. He could’ve charged me for things I don’t even know exist but he didn’t. He left my parents his card and let them know he’s available to answer any questions. I couldn't find anyone who could fix the problem with my A/C system, my fuse would keep popping! When I finally called JL COOLING, they not only fixed my problem but also took the time to explain to me what was happening. I will never use another HEATING AND COOLING PLACE AGAIN!
