First time we used Sanchez Heating/AC. Johnny was very professional & quick to diagnose the problem. Made the repair also did a tuneup to be sure everything else was in good condition. Real reasonable, excellent service. We found us a AC man. Glad to refer Johnny anytime.

I informed the person on the phone that my A/C was not working so I set up an appointment and he told me the earliest time he could be at my residence was the next day before noon I agreed so spend the rest of the day and night on the heat just to received a text the next day at almost 10am that said (I'm not going to make it today)........no I'm sorry on the text or at least a phone call, berry unprofessional and inconsiderate. now I have to call a professional company , request an emergency repair, pay tree times the price for emergency repair. all this just for trusting Sanchez Heating & A/C. Don't be me and get the professionals after a little research not only did I find a company with great prices but berry reliable ...Sanchez Heating & A/C, is just NOT WORTH IT.

Mr. Sanchez did an outstanding job for me today. My compressor would not even turn on. He was very quick to diagonis the problem and make the necessary repairs. He made sure that the equipment was up and working correctly before he left. Very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him to family and friends. Mike G.

I know you have read reviews about other HVAC technicians and companies, but Johnny arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed the problem with my AC (short in thermostat wiring), repaired it, AND ONLY CHARGED FOR A SERVICE CALL ($80). WOW!! Thanks again, Johnny!
Can you imagine what some of the other "reputable" companies would have diagnosed AND charged?
BTW, if repairs are needed to your unit and Sanchez AC makes the repairs, there is NO SERVICE CHARGE.
SANCHEZ AC will be my choice in the future for my AC and heating needs.

I've known Johnny for a few years now and when our A/C unit went out I knew who to call. Johnny came right over and after inspecting our unit my wife and I decided it was time to upgrade our units, He recommend the Goodman brand. He quoted us a fair price for the unit and installation. Johnny and his crew came over and install both units. His crew was very respectful to us and our property. After they completed their work they ensured they pick up everything that needed to. I called Sanchez heating and a/c yesterday on the Saturday before Memorial Day asking if he could come look at my AC which had stopped blowing cold during the night. Within 2 hours, Johnny was at my door and had fixed my capacitor in a matter of 30 mins and he did not charge me an outrageous price even though it was a holiday weekend!I def recommend him and we will be using him again!

John has been our A/C guy for a few years now so when I called him to come check a problem with our unit he quickly checked it and found we had a major leak in our coil so we decided to go ahead and update since our unit was over 20 years old. John quickly searched and found a unit for us he had his crew come in and remove the old one and install the new one in about 4 hours time they were very professional cleaned up after themselves and hauled away the old unit , we slept cool and comfortable that very night and have since then I highly recommend John's service he will not let you down and will treat you fair.

I prefer to support small-businesses when possible, and when my heat wasn't working, I found Sanchez Heating & A/C with the help of Google - read the reviews and I'm so glad I called and requested their service!
Johnny was prompt, courteous & fixed the issue very quickly! He explained how simple the problem was, as well as how easy it was to repair it; when he could've easily made it into something far more complicated ... but he didn't ... so he is also Trustworthy ... a trait that is hard to find these days!!!
His company will now be my go-to for any future needs, and if you're looking for an honest, fair business for your heating & a/c needs, you should choose Sanchez too! =)

I am a big fan of small business support, so when I started having problems with my AC I googled local technicians. And I firmly believe in reading the reviews. After reading the reviews for Sanchez heating and air-conditioning I called Johnny. Best call I ever made. He told me what time he would be there, he was
Prompt, professional, explained to me what was happening with the AC. As it was a Saturday he did what he could and told me he probably would not be able to get the part until Monday. He left and called me 30 minutes later and told me he had found the part, gave me a quote; and I asked him to come right back and do the repair. Five stars. Excellent service.
