I can not say enough amazing things about Brian and his company! He has been working on my HVAC for almost 10 years and I wouldn’t call anyone else. He is timely, reasonable, and very friendly. This company stands behind their installations and great repair service. Fair prices and quick service but most importantly they stand behind their work! I have been in construction business for 45+ years and customer service like Brian and the crews perform are hard to find and unbeatable.

Brian is AMAZING- we had an AC unit on our new home blowing warm- he came out on a Sunday on Memorial Day weekend and got our AC blowing cold within a few minutes- our smart thermostat was malfunctioning and it had nothing to do with our unit or Freon. If I could give 6 stars I would-

ZERO STARS !! AWFUL SERVICE, brand new AC unit not installed correctly causing parts top fail. Brian promised specific fresh air vents were installed but he put in damper vents instead causing mold in our home. Brian used cut up extension cord to wire the unit in the attic causing a HUGE fire hazard. AC Drip pan was installed backwards. I have been told by Goodman AC the manufacture this man Brain is a crooked contractor, has filed bankruptcy multiple times, and is known for faulty installation in new construction homes and then disappearing which is exactly what he did to us. CALL SOMEONE ELSE even if you have to pay double !!!!!

bad representation,driving west on i30 was cut off by one of your trucks in Caddo Mills,he didn't bother to yeild he just gassed it coming up the ramp an was a foot or less from my fuel tanks I had to swerve,common sense u don't have the right away your supposed to yeild he was in a bifg hurry
