Luis was ready with the part I needed to get my central AC running. He diagnosed it and fixed it in just a few minutes. He also came an hour early because he knew that I was hot in the house. Knowledgeable and polite even with all my questions. Thank you!!!

They came out and did the repair for 1/3 of the cost-saving me over $1000. The technician was courteous and prompt. I would highly recommend this company.

I paid for a sales pitch. I asked for a tune up and air rebalancing. The AC had been working just fine, but two rooms get hot during the summer. Every 5 minutes they would come back into the house to tell me something has wear, low or may need to be replaced with an astonishing price tag attached. Curious if there was anything done if they just looked. Priced me and left! Told me they couldn't do a rebalancing even though they installed the system. Then attempted to charge be for rebalancing anyhow.

My furnace went out today and there is expected to be a big freeze in the Dallas area tonight. It was already 38° here. Well, I called L & S And Luis the owner came out and diagnose and fixed the problem And charged me less than I expected to pay. I would highly recommend them.
