They installed our unit when we purchased our home. Not only did they do a good job but I have had issues that could have been potentially related and Brad has helped troubleshoot those even when it became obvious it wasn’t the unit. If you want someone to do a good job and want to use a business for life look no further.

We had our whole a/c system replaced for a very fair and reasonable price. It was almost exactly half of a "quality" company quote. The owner came out and showed us some things and checked in on the work. I highly recommend this company. It means a lot when the owner is involved and he added an extra return grate which none of the other companies even mentioned or noticed. I feel like they went above and beyond for the money. Stop searching for a company and use these guys!

Brad is outstanding!! We had a carbon monoxide issue at our home and Brad came out and he and one of his crew members solved the issue. Very kind gentleman, friendly, knowledgeable and honest! I appreciate him very much and highly recommend this company!

6/1/2018:
Initially my home warranty company (Old Republic Home Protection Co.) had assigned another HVAC company that never showed up. So I asked ORHP to assign a different company. They assigned Fire and Ice on Thursday morning around 9am. About two hours later, Jacob from Fire and Ice phoned. He said he could be at my home in about 20 minutes. He came, found the problem, went to buy a replacement control board, came back and installed it. The repair was finished at least before 2 pm, maybe sooner. He was friendly and focused, and professional in dress and demeanor. That is the way repairs are supposed to take place. Top notch!

Description of Work:
Ruud Ultra Series heat pump outdoor unit fan constantly ran. It's not supposed to do that.

These guys have come out several times for our rental. They remember when they have been here and know what the issue is before coming out. Our landlords have sent different people out but these gentlemen always get the job done.

Had a new system installed and would recommend this company to anyone. Very professional and friendly. Also very respectful. Very reasonable prices
