Crow's Heat & Air

Our AC started making a burning smell (a part went out) so I called Crow's Heat & Air. Jason was great--he came out promptly, assessed the problem, ordered the part, then returned (in the mind-numbing-Texas heat, mind you) to repair the problem. Highly Recommended!

BIG thanks to Jason Crow. I came home this evening to 78 degrees and my a/c unit making a funny noises. I called them @ 6pm. By 7pm he had our a/c blowing cold air again. They are very professional and honest and we will use them from now on!

Crow's Heating and Air came highly recommended to us. When we called to have them come out, they did not have the right ladder to get on the roof of our building. They said they would be back out with the right ladder the next morning; however, instead called 5 minutes before coming to say that they didn't have the right ladder avialalbe, and that they woudl be unable to do the repair. Had they informed me the day prior that they would be unable to complete the work, we could have found an alternative repair company a day sooner; however, because of the delay, we were without air longer than we should have been.
