Great. Experience i usually never go to. Hardware stores. By my self but there is always the first time. Luckily i had great customer service. Melissa was a great help in finding what i needed at my budget. Thanks Melissa wish there was more people like yourself

First time visit to a Northern Tool. The staff was incredibly helpful shout out to Loren. I was in the market for 2 generators and after a lot of insight from Loren I was able to purchase exactly what I needed, unfortunately my items were out of stock but they were delivered to the store and ready for pickup in just a few days. Overall I’m incredibly happy with my purchase, super happy with my local Northern store and will be visiting frequently as this is a much better option than Lowe’s or Home Depot in my opinion.

This store has everything from the smallest tools/gadgets to the biggest generators and trailers. The staff is amazing and super helpful. They greeted me as soon as i walked in, asked if i needed any assistance and helped me find exactly what i was looking for. Everything in this store is super high quality and made to last! The lady that helped me out was SAMANTHA C. ⬅️

Visited to find a gift for my dad for fathers day, and I had a great experience! Sales team was really helpful. Any question I had they were able to answer. Mr. Lupe Cuellar was very knowledgeable when asking about various items I had in mind to get for his Father's Day gift!

Awesome place for the best comfortable work boots i have ever owned! I've bought my work boots there 4 times already and I will continue to do so because of the great service I receive every time I go there! I highly recommend Northern Tool very high quality tools as well I have to say the cashier that help me that day was Samantha was so friendly and helpful i needed to some information on a tool that day as a woman i don't know much about tools she really knows of her stuff she explained so much detail as well she offered me insurance for it. Every company should have workers like her so if you need any info i recommend to ask for her. as for me she was a great help keep doing what you doing good job.
