BEWARE!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. The service started off great. Was told a $75 call fee to come assess what was wrong with my A/C and if they did the job, this would be waived. Techs came out and were very pleasant. Was told my motor was broken. They went to the “store” to see if it had a warranty on it. It did not. Asked for a price for the job and was quoted $575. I agreed. After the job was done I asked how to pay and the techs were clueless and said Carlos would contact me. He calls and tell me a total of $925!!! I was shocked...how did it go from 575 to 925. He told me it was a labor charge in addition to the 575 (he claims the cost of the motor). I search the price of the motor and see it ranges from $300-400 max. I request a receipt from the motor that was bought. It was refused to me...I spoke with Carlos (after he was rude, argumentative and defensive) he agreed to a price of $825. I told him I knew he’s ripping me off but at this point there is not anything I can do. I ended up paying and will NEVER be using them again for any A/C or electrical work. Shady business and shady people. I will keep calling them until I see a receipt with proof of the cost of the motor being $575. What a nightmare and what an awful way to conduct business. Oh...on top of it all, I get the invoice and it says there is a $75 service call too!

A/c 06/24/2021 Repair

He burned the capacitor & asked money to replace it. Burned the relay circuit board & asked money to replaced it. Burned the a/c transformer & asked money to replaced it. He replaced it with an old one he got somewhere. He doesn't know what he is doing. I paid $395 ($65+200+80+50=$395) including service fee but a/c WAS NOT FIXED. He loved to make schedules but won't show up, promises but won't fulfill. He keeps on coming asking for more money and threat for lawsuits. Do not hire this man. His name is Carlos.
I have to hire another a/c tech to fix his mess & fix the problem. New tech found some hot wires dangerously placed somewhere that has potential to burn the unit.

We woke up at 5 am to a hot/sticky house, even though the AC was on. Called around 5:10 (answered in 2 rings). He arrived at 5:30 and knew what the problem was based on my description over the phone. Swapped out the part, did some additional maintenance and was finished by 6:20-6:25. Carlos also has a sense of humor. I recommend this company.

Great Experience! Our AC went out after two days out of town and we came back to a sweltering house — no fun! We got a call back from C&B within minutes on a Sunday morning and had a technician there in no time with no additional off hours charge for the service call. The technician was polite, professional and everything was fixed and comfortable in less than an hour! Great company, definitively recommend!

Carlos was very efficient, knowledgeable, and knew what the problem was right away! He arrived within 30 minutes after I called his services and was able to resolve the issue! I highly recommend him and his team for assistance! May God Bless him and his work!

We hired C&B electricians to help us with our new house. We needed some switches and fans fixed. The “master electrician” started the job saying that he needed 75% of the cost up front for supplies.
All these scam artists accomplished was tearing up our house. One of them stepped through our ceiling leaving a huge hole, they removed switches and left exposed wires in several rooms, knowing that we have a young son running around. When I’d call and ask about when they were coming I was always tolls 20-30 minutes, only to wait for hours and still not see anyone. Out of the 2 days they did show up, the “master electrician” always needed some more money for something (lunch for his guys, wages for the guy that stepped through our ceiling, gas for one of his other guys to make sure he could make it home and back to the job site the next day, which he didn’t make it back) on top of giving me all sorts of excuses as to why they couldn’t make it. One of his stories was that a customer showed up at his office and threatened to kill his staff. After dealing with these asshats, I completely understand where that customer was coming from, if said customer actually exists.
Save your money and find someone else, anyone else would do better than these numbskulls.

Highly recommend! Great responsiveness, service, and advice. My dad is in hospice care, so when our water heater started leaking, it was urgent that it get fixed immediately. C&B Electric was awesome! Thank you so much for your help and advice!

i just had the most awful experience with this company. They are nothing but crooks and not to mention they are nothing but lies when they can't fix things. The individual i dealt with his name is Carlos and he is not someone that can be trusted. Be very cautious of this company. They claim to service your house unit but arrive at your house asking for tools and a flashlight because they have NO TOOLS! yet, you pay them in advance and now they don't answer what is wrong with these folks that prey on honest working people.

Great service! Even if they were running a few minutes late I would get a call or text to let me know. They stayed late to make sure our AC was working and even followed up the following day to make sure everything was good. When we called 2 days later still having issues they took care of it ASAP!!
