CRV Construction did a great job replacing my roof after the hail storm damage. They did a quick and professional job. Carlos was very helpful and knowledgeable. Fatima at CRV went above and beyond with submitting the claim with my insurance, and with guiding me on the roof repairs. As a customer I was stunned that once I received the insurance money, the roof repairing process took one day and a half. My experience with CRV construction was great. Since moving from Austin Tx to the Rio Grand Valley I have encountered many issues with contractors. From simple things such as not even returning a call to as big a thing as not delivering what was agreed upon. My fear after the hail storm was the same but I came across this gem CRV Construction has without a doubt conducted themselves as true professionals. Not only did the crew do an amazing job and cleaned up after themselves but Yessika Lara did an amazing job keeping up with all my questions. If I was to recommend a roofing contractor I would highly recommend CRV Construction.

I highly recommend this company. After going through 3 different companies and none of them knew how to fill out insurances form nor work with them. We come across CRV construction and Roofing. Best decision ever!! We worked with Yessika Lara. She was a pleasure to work with. She explained everything, and was with us every step of the way. She also did the insurance paperwork correctly the first time! The insurance tried to fight it but they have a lawyer that helped and we got approval for a new roof within a few weeks. The roofers showed up on time, did a great job and cleaned up nicely. We are very pleased with this company and I recommend working with Yessika.

Due to some severe weather my roof took on damage and water leakage inside my home. I filed a claim with my insurance on 2 separate occasions and kept getting denied. I'm glad I looked into their reviews and gave CRV a call. Yessika has been in charge of my case and honestly a huge help. As soon as she picked up the phone she explained the inspection process and set up a meeting the next day. She makes everything understandable, gives you options on how to go about repairs, and the best ways to deal with greedy insurance companies. We're currently working with a lawyer on getting my insurance to cover damage costs and everything is going well. So if you're still debating on if you should give them a call take this as your sign, CALL THEM. Ask for Yessika Lara, you'll be in good hands.
