Our water heater began leaking on a Thursday night. I called All Valley Plumbing and Randy was sent and discovered a 3 year Rheem Pro had a crack in the tank. Unfortunately it was after the warehouse had closed. Monday morning he brought a warranty replacement unit and had us back up and running. Randy is such a nice, friendly young man. Should we ever need a plumber, Randy will be requested.

We had several plumbing problems repaired! Randy Casares was very professional and explained things as he went from one repair to the next ! We appreciated his hard work and was impressed with his knowledge of his work! Great service at a decent price and will recommend them highly!

Waiting for us after our vacation this year was a leaking water heater. I made a quick call to All Valley Plumbing and they were there immediately. Randy was on time, knowledgeable and professional. He inspected the damage and made the appropriate recommendations. Within no time we were back in the modern era with HOT water throughout our home. Randy even removed our old water heater for us. I will definitely call All Valley Plumbing again for any of our plumbing needs.

Randy was very professional and helped me out even when my problem was being stubborn and didn't want toreplicate. He was patient until it did and quickly found the problem. He fixed both of my toilets and my garbage disposal quickly and efficiently. I am grateful.

My water heater was leaking and it needed to be replaced ASAP. I called the published number first thing this morning, left a message and got a return call within the hour. I was notified that A technician, Randy, would come by after 1:pm. Randy was very knowledgeable and efficient. My water heater was replaced by the end of day. I highly recommend this company.
