I have used Keith Air for 15 years. They are professional, friendly and they will never try to sell you parts or service you don't need. They are a family-owned business and provide the personal service that is largely a thing of the past. I highly recommend them for any heat or air conditioning needs.

I will never use anyone else besides Keith Air Conditioning and Heating. They came right out to look at my problem and told me exactly what I needed with no up selling of any kind. They were polite and made everything easy for me and my family. I would like to say a big thanks to this company. If you ever have any problems with your ac or heat don't hesitate to use them. We have used Keith Air Conditioning for years. Highly recommended. The technicians are thorough, knowledge, polite, on time, and always there when needed. During this current snow storm in East Texas, Keith Air Conditioning went above and beyond by coming to our home, going out of their way to help us when we needed it most.

Keith Air Conditioning showed up at 7:30 at night and got two AC units up and running in no time.. Great job guys! If you need AC work, these guys are who you need to call! Both guys on the crew were friendly and extremely knowledgeable. These boys are the real deal.

Called them about my AC not working. They were out within 2 hours. The next morning they installed our new AC as our compressor burned up. Very happy with the promptness and being so friendly!!! I totally recommend them.

The young man who serviced the a/c unit was an excellent example of a professional. I received a quick response and quick repair of the unit. No complaints, only high praise!

Great service and very welcoming and friendly.
They know what they are doing and do not try to up sale you.
It was explained what needed to be done in away that I could understand.
I called at 0800 ,they were at my place by 0835.
They had the new furnace in by 1700 that day ,they started at 1300.
Very good price too ,I highly recommend this company and in talking to others so did they ,no one had anything bad to say.
I will do business with them for any of these type needs.

My air conditioner went down, and I struggled to find anyone to look at it, but Keith himself came to my house and got me up and running that day. He really cares about his customers. My wife and 8 month old son appreciated him coming out, after hours, in 95 degree weather. THANKS Keith!
