Ferugia Mechanical is a great company, which is a rare compliment these days. They listened to our needs and worked hard to meet them. I was impressed with the follow up too. They arrived up with a team that finished the work quickly. From start to finish, their quality of work was excellent.

Ferrugia Mechanical has bailed me out of many jams. They came out to my house after another company tried to void my home warranty on my AC. The other company lied about what was wrong. Ferrugia found it was a small part and it did not cost much to fix it. They came out to my business when I first moved in to help with some problems we were having with the AC units. They fixed them very quickly once again and did a great job at a very reasonable price. Lastly, they replaced the AC in my rent house. It was very hot and they moved very quickly. They installed it within 2 days. It works great. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for AC/Heat work!!!!

Ferrugia AC & Heating is not only a staple in the community and an outstanding professional customer service centered company. They have shown time and time again either at my home or place of business that their most important thing is the customer & getting them taken care of with their needs and always making sure the job is done the right way. They did such a great job, not to mention they are very reasonable! The owner was very sweet and did so much for my house! They aren’t the type to rip you off. If you want to pay for a good job done contact them!

So thankful Mike and his team were able to come out and fix the broken A/C unit in out rental home. They were very efficient and the quality was excellent. They cleaned up all parts and explained future maintenance. Check them out!

I have always preferred local companies over big corporations and when the need arose for A/C service in my home, FM Mechanical was referred to me by a close friend. From the initial call to service completion this company is top notch! A/C is a must have living in Houston and when my system took turn for the worst, FM Mechanical understood the urgency of my situation and made me feel like I was a top priority. They got me up and running in what I consider to be an extremely reasonable time frame. The service technicians that came out to the house were very professional and courteous and answered every one of my questions to my satisfaction. After all was said and done, I couldn't be happier. Attention to detail is priority one with this company, something I have found lacking in other companies I have used in the past. I would not only use FM Mechanical again but I highly recommend them to anyone!

I just can't say enough good things about these guys they are just awesome. Always professional, on time, very friendly.
