Thursday evening as I arrived home I noticed it was warmer than usual but just assumed this little depth of Hell, also known as Texas Summer, had my unit worn out and unable to keep up with the rings of fire the rising temps brought that day. A sleepless night, with every fan I own aimed directly at me, left me realizing everything my church-going childhood had taught about the misery was true!!
I called Quality Air Care that morning hoping they would have the ability to get me in at some point during the weekend. Thankfully, the phone was answered before I died of heat stroke and to my surprise I was given a service call appointment for 12:30 that SAME DAY!!!! As I was trying to breathe and find my way out of the sauna that I was sitting in so I could go seek cooler temps at a local coffee shop, I got a call from Steve who informed me he was running AHEAD OF SCHEDULE and asked if I would be able to meet him at 10:30, instead of the previously scheduled time. HALLELUJAH!!! My prayers were being answered!! I agreed and was surprised he arrived a few minutes before the new appointment time.
Steve was able to use his wealth of knowledge to quickly identify the problem as being a malfunctioning thermostat and a worn out motor. He had all of the parts he needed in his van and worked his God given talents to bring the arctic temperatures back to the place I was sure had become an eternal fire pit!!
He completed the job, processed my credit card payment, and was back in his chariot of glory on to save the next miserable soul before noon!! And, the best part, he was more than reasonably priced and honest about what was needed. He even pointed out I was using a type of air filter that would cause my unit to run less efficiently than it was designed to do!! Talk about a knight in shining armor!!
Thank you Steve for saving me from the devil’s fiery festivities!!

Steve and Sarah came to our rescue on a Sunday afternoon when our upstairs system stopped cooling. It was too hot up there for the kids to sleep or my husband to work from his home office.
Steve and Sarah quickly came out (within an hour or two of our call) and figured out what was broken. Steve then gave us several options and helped us decide what repairs would be best for our system.
After the repairs were made, they double checked to make sure the system was working properly. We are now cool and comfortable.
They are a great team and offer wonderful value and service! I would 10/10 recommend them!

Steve has been out to my house for various needs several times. He always arrives on time and tries his best to get to you quickly. I like that he zeroes in on the most economical way of fixing a problem but also offers honest advice without a ‘hard sell’ approach.
Steve went out of his way last season to make sure a mechanical warranty was honored on a system installed by another service. I didn’t even know it was under warranty! I recommend Steve!

I called Steve today at 3:40, Saturday, June 8 to describe a problem I thought I might be having with my air conditioner. After talking to him, we both agreed it needed to be checked. To my surprise, he said he would come today. He and Sarah were here within the hour. This was the first time I have used Steve, and I must say I was extremely impressed. He was very thorough in examining my inside unit and outside unit. He explained things I had never been told before about my inside unit. I learned quite a bit from him.
