The technition, Michael, is an expert. He is helping me maintain a very old Trane Heat Pump air conditioning system. He is very thorough, very knowledgeable, curtious, kind and genuine. I highly recommend signing up for the Napp's Service Agreement. Very reasonably priced. I have finally found my forever A/C company.

Evidently this company is too good to service my central heat and air system all because I live in a manufactured home. And I quote, "We don't service mobile homes, our owner has requested that we move away frome mobile home servicing".
Guess I'm not good enough to deserve cool air? Guess I should live in a fancy brick home maybe then a disabled veteran could get some air conditioning?
