Our AC system was making a funny noise, and needed a maintenance. We called Napps and they had someone out the same day. They repaired the small problem which could have become a very large problem. Also cleaned and serviced our unit. David was very friendly and helpful. I appreciate the honesty and integrity of Napps.

We had a leak under the toilet in the master bathroom. Brandon figured it out immediately and knew exactly what to do. He also replaced a faucet in the other bathroom when we asked him to. Brandon was very courteous and polite. He also explained what he did in detail. He did a great job!

Wow talk about a scam. My ac stop working so napps tech came out cleaned the coil and the fan. He added 3 pounds of r22 and said is I sign the yearly service contract that it would be cheaper. What he didn’t tell me was there is a r22 replacement that is much cheaper. He also never did a leak test and my ac stopped a week later. $363 for nothing. I had them scheduled to put a new ac in until the awesome people with Ben Maine’s sold me a good train unit and what really sold me is the way Ben Maine’s when about earning my business. Not only do I get a new ac but they replace the copper lines and all but the real kicker while I was filling out the paperwork the rep with Ben Maine’s had his tech filling my unit with Freon for free to keep my family cool until the new unit arrives. He said if it gets hot call they will add Freon or put window units in for free while we wait. Napps called today and wanted to know if they could get me a estimate in the morning. I said no your tech charged $363 said nothing about the new lower cost free on and never did a leak test. In my book that’s time for a refund for bad service. All the Napps guy said was “I’m sorry”. I not only do not recommend but I will remove that tech from my property if he shows up. Ben Maine’s that’s who you want to treat you right. Can I give half a star.

Napps got us back up and running or draining! The response time and professionalism was amazing as was the attention to detail. No calling cards (scratches/messes) were left for us to deal with which was comforting. He did leave us with some tips and best practices for future plumping use.

I highly recommend Napps to remove any pesky hairballs from your drain (whether they are yours or your wifes)!

Had a small water leak that occurred in my home around 5PM and had To valve in the water to the house. I called NAPPS and they were very responsive and arrived shortly. The gentlemen that showed up did an excellent job and was in and out in a hour. The problem was the price. The parts totaled $25 as stated on the receipt given to me and I was charged over $300 dollars for one hour of labor. That is truly Insane. I will not be using NAPPS in the future for that reason alone.

Adrian came to adjust the shower door for me. No body wanted to do this job for me. I was thrilled when he offered to help me adust the door and caulk the threhold. Very nice to work with. I am just an employee at a convenient store my source of income is my job. My boss ask me to call a guy to fix up his gas station cooler so i called napps air conditioning they said they are sending their best man for the job when the guy arrived he start doing his work as they charge for hours, i ask the guy to diagnose the problem and tell me so i tell my boss and then its on him whether he wants it to be fixed or not, the guy took 3 hours but was unable to diagnose the problem so i said sir its ok no problem i will call someone else, but before leaving he gave me a bill of 150$ he didn’t even diagnosed what was wrong with the cooler still he charged me that amount, and my boss deducted that amount from my salary. I have trusted them and called them to help me solve the problem but ended up losing my money and am really upset for that.

We had a mysterious wet spot on our living room floor. We had multiple other plumbers out to look at it before contacting NAPPS. None of them were able to diagnose our problem. They had us fearing that we had a slab leak, and told us to contact another plumber. Finally we called NAPPS, and I'm glad we did! They promptly came out, properly diagnosed our problem, and fixed it! NAPPS staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and expedient! We will be using NAPPS for all of our heating, cooling, electrical, and plumbing needs in the future!
