The repairman, Liam was knowledgeable and kind. He explained how my furnace was using electricity from my two panels and showed me how to find my weird filter to be prepared for my next upkeep check-up. He enrolled me onto a new upkeep agreement to help cut costs in the future. I am satisfied with his work and the speed with which he came on a weekend.

Over the last week I have needed an emergency plumber, HVAC upkeep and now furnace replacement. I have been impressed with how super and professional all 3 representatives of this company have been. Fred, the plumber was fast & efficient, Abel helped awfully in evaluating pros and cons of repairing my elderly furnace and I felt confident that Jack helped me make a financially sensible decision. I feel I am getting a great value for the money and trained professionals who are good at what they do.

They did a superb job. My boiler broke down and the weather is getting colder and I had to get it replaced. The men arrived early in the morning and worked until they got the job done. They even explained in a manner that was easy for me to understand. I stayed away so they could do their work. I greatly appreciate all their work. They had an answer for question and that was great. They even put in a new thermostat and explained how to use it. Now I have heat, and it’s just in time.

Needed to get our heating repaired and had someone come out for a diagnostic. Kristopher was supportive and efficient. Was able to make the fix - same day after figuring out the issue. Randy and his team did an wonderful task installing the toilet and making the necessary modifications for make the toilets work. I appreciated his care and attention to detail. The contactless payment and signature was great, and I was working on some other projects around the house.

Miguel is a personable young man. He was kind and he was early for my appointment which I appreciated. He wore booties to keep the dirt outside of my house. He explained the task that was done and the charges. I was happy with the service. I have used RBuck for awhile now and will continue to do so.
