Excellent, punctual service. As a member of the Cool Club, I get two, complimentary semi-annual checkups per year, during which a DC&PH will come to our home & perform a top to bottom inspection of the interior & exterior systems. They notify me of any potential issues, & I receive a discount on any services I elect to have done.
The technicians are invariably friendly, professional, & respectful of my property.
All of this has served to establish a strong degree of trust between me & DC&PH, and that, perhaps above all else is why I enthusiastically recommend them.

About five years ago, Dr. Cool was recommended to us by a friend, and after the first visit we gladly signed a yearly contract with them. Since then, we have continued to work with Randy, as he is exceptional, extremely knowledgeable, personable, professional, and a very honest Technician. Randy thoroughly answers any question you ask him, and I always feel smarter after he leaves as he helps me understand the heating and cooling system a little better each time. He is also proactive, in making suggestions that can help with the life of the system.

It should be noted that the Dr. Cool Office staff, whom I have never met, is amazing about reminding me when it is time to schedule an appointment for the 6-month inspection. Once the date is set, they are excellent at calling the day before the appointment to confirm. In addition, they always let me know when they are on their way to perform the service.

Dr. Cool came promptly (COOL club members) and removed a plug in the condensate line from a new AC system installed last month (no charge). We have been very happy with our maintenance program and any requests related to an issue.

The lady who answers the phone got the two stars. The technician that came out sakis m was very rude and belittling to me. I asked for new air ducts and to cover the line that comes in from the outside. His invoice was that plus clean debree in attic/ installation put in and a new unit . My invoice was over 26 thousand dollars. I know prices are higher but please treat your customers with respect and listen to what they want not what you can sell them.

Had my spring check up for my AC. As always my technician Eddie was a pleasure to work with. Courtesy, polite and very informative. He shares and teaches me the best way to keep my unit running efficiently!

Love the maintenance club and Doctor Cool. Always helpful with maintenance checks and great workers sent out to assist. We had a new digital thermostat installed during a free maintenance check up so we are all ready for a spring and summer!
