Don’t use these people.
AC Freon topped up late March with 3lbs of Freon. Called company out last week, AC not cooling, told coil has quite a big leak, 5lbs of Freon put in and will come back next week and change coil. Made apt and tech came back on Tuesday, told by different tech., who has been here before, he did the march Freon fill, that since no drop in Freon, leak could last til Sept/Oct., very hot to work in attic and has alot of calls to people who don’t have AC., call company when need tech.
Today is Sat., 4 days after they were here and AC is not working. This is wrong in so many ways, we rely on the service of knowledgeable technicians, we did not get it.
Appalling service, attitude. Will never use this company again.
