This place is great. My AC broke down a couple of times over the years, and Prestige always has my back. They helped me look for the parts I needed, plus showed me differently priced items to help me decide which better suited my needs. I went there yesterday for a condenser fan motor and am very happy with my purchase and with the service I received. Great place overall.

Unsatisfactory customer service, was waiting for a quote for about a week and they never called back. When I called them back, the gentleman said he had forgotten. I felt that I wasn’t taken seriously and would have understood and appreciated them, if they would have called me back and said they were too busy to handle my job or if they couldn’t do it.

Very good customer service and helpful staff. All my questions were answered and I was very happy with my experience. Would highly recommend
