I can't say enough good things about my experience with Texair! Their techs were courteous and knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. They could have charged me exorbitant prices for a new unit, but went out of their way to fix the existing one and did so affordably. Not only will i use Texair in the future, i recommend them highly to everyone i know!

I only gave it one star because I cannot give it zero. This company was contracted to weatherize my house through the state weatherization program. This was 5 years ago. I have had multiple problems with the heating/cooling system they installed. I have shelled out enough money to purchase a new unit. I've had my compressor replaced once already, and repaired numerous times. I was told the ducts are too small for the unit they used, and was overworking the unit. I have called numerous times, and I cannot get any response. I'm sure there is a statute of the work, but it may be time for legal intervention. Horrible, horrible company. I don't know how the state continues to use them.

called them to fix a short in the igniter control box and instead of addressing my problem he decides to take the whole heater apart. there was no reason to take my heater apart when the control box is away from the main part of the unit. he is trying to justify taking the heater as part of the service. in his quest to find something else wrong he finds a reason to try to sell me a new unit. he finds a crack in the back of the unit and then starts scare my family with stories of carbon monoxide and if we dont buy a new unit we are all going to die. he took upon himself to deam my heater unsafe and yet when he put the heater back together he left the main gas line LOOSE. how can i trust someone telling me repalce it or you will die but leaves a gas line loose? he did put notes on the bill,which by the way was 65.00, of hi claims,but he did not document leaving the gas line loose. i found the gas line loose when wife was showing me what he did. they came and did this on a tuesday, said he call me with a quote on a new unit, on thursday we started call them because on wednesday i was tring to star my heater just like i did all last winter with the short not knowing the the gas line was loose. can you say BOOM.thank god he turned the gas off.

I called on a very hot day and they came and fixed my unit within the hour they had me up and running. I think they are a very good company and the technician that came out was very professional. Thank you.

After quite a bit of trouble with our system, TexAir saved us. They gave us fabulous service and came to our rescue quickly. Thank you, TexAir!
