Ask for Adrian to be your tech. He's great, he really cares, and he goes the extra mile. Of course, he is an expert in his field and fixed my parents' AC promptly and properly in 107 degree heat without hesitation. Thats normal for Texair. But I was most impressed with Adrian's willingness to serve and how much respect he showed to my elderly parents. I was visiting when he arrived and saw first hand why my Mom and Dad spoke so highly of that young man. He was especially respectful towards my Korean mother who does not speak English very well. He had the kindness and patience of a Saint and explained all the questions she had about how to use her digital thermostat. As I understand it, Texair stresses customer service to all their techs, and Adrian is a testament to that ethos. We lost my father right before Adrian returned with the part he needed to complete our repair. When I told him of my father's passing, I could see he was genuinely sad to hear the news and asked if there any way he could help us. That real emotion touched my Mom and me, and we could tell he honestly cared about us. We weren't just nameless, faceless numbers to him and that meant to world to us in a time of great sorrow. Adrian, if you ever see this, stay awesome, brother. The world needs people like you and I wish you all the success in the world.

So here is a simple version of a really long story. So I am a bit of an arrogant tool and I decide prior to contacting Texair; to learn about how to size the ac system and ducts. So I went through this whole process of doing all the measurements for a manual j. I knew what size stuff I needed. Que Adrian (I think that was his name sorry dude if it's not) came out and looked everything over for replacing our entire HVAC system. I get the quote back from them and everything looks good.
During me looking up all the information from the system they quoted me I see that the CFM supplied by the system they are quoting me is way less than what my calculations said I should need. So I did what any tool does and I called and told them that the system would not provide enough CFM because I the Uber Chad tool had this document that I had done and there was no way it could be wrong.
Now we get to the phone call with the owner of the company. He asks me where I am getting my information from, I explain that I did the calculations and so I know they are right. He asks me to email everything over to him. Please realize I am a really big cocky tool and I send it over to him. The next day he gives me a call and tells me that I was wrong with my calculations. Well I asked him to explain to me how they were wrong. (Please bear in mind I have not paid them for a single thing and I am sure the last thing he wanted to do was to explain to some cocky tool how he screwed this up.) He does he explains how all my stuff was wrong and how the system they quoted Mr is the correct size.
Mr. Eckerman did not have to stop his busy day and explain to some cocky tool how he royal screwed up the calculations but he did take the time. There was more to the story but I wanted to share how this company was quite patient when dealing with me especially me being a huge tool. Only bad thing I have to say is that since we replaced the whole system I probably won't have much of a chance to do business with them more.

Our AC quit working Monday night and we called and left a message and first thing, bright and early Tuesday morning, Adrian was here to fix our problem! It was a long job and he talked me through the problem and what he was doing to fix it, he worked hard and got the job done! In just 2 hours our AC was back up and running and blowing colder than ever!! Adrian is a great young man who knows what he's doing and is very professional and polite! I will be using Texair for any and all future HVAC work I may need done!! Highly recommend!

I’ll admit, this was the last place I called bc the reviews seemed a little low but a quick scroll showed me they were all from 4-5 years ago though and everyone recently was leaving glowing testimonials.
After working with them, and Chris specifically, I can see why everyone recently loves them. He was professional, prompt (same-day service!), and knew AC units inside and out.
He told me what to focus on and what to wait on, showed me how to do basic AC care (which I’m really bad at), and got our AC running better than ever, saving me from a holiday weekend suffering without AC.
Will gladly use them again and thankful they got me back in cooler air!

After having 2 techs come out for measurements for a new heater, first one quit or something so they had to come out again, they gave me a online quote that I accepted, told me they were ordering parts and then went silent, it's been 2 years, I don't think I'm getting my heater.

These guys are awesome. I called them on one of the hottest days we'd been having because the a/c just didn't feel like it was cooling good enough. As busy as they were they came out well after hours and diagnosed the problem. They couldn't fix it at that time but came back the next day and took care of it at a reasonable price. If we have any problems with a/c in the future we definitely will use them.

I had the best experience with Texair. The technicians were very nice, clean and professional.
My furnace was putting out carbon monoxide and I didn't realize it until they came to check out my heater. They explained the danger of cabon monoxide. I'm very thankfull I called them. The prices very reasonable. I did do my research on prices. Then after they installed my new system I was amazed how good of a job they did. Thank you Texair for being professional and savings my family from a disaster. I think there the best company in the hill country.

Honestly, one of the worst companies to do business with. The owner tries to memorize his accounting records so payments and invoices are normally screwed up. Also, if you have an issue, don't even bother calling or emailing. They WILL NOT return your calls or try to resolve anything. I've done business with them personally as well as with my company and both experiences have been terrible. Not only is the accounting terrible, the quality of work is quite poor. For my business, they have installed two units incorrectly and it took quite a while to get them to fix them properply. Stay away!

I would highly recommend this company! Good people, who get the job done right and who run their business with integrity are hard to come by. Period. That's all anyone could hope for. I've had bad experiences when calling on "in-home" services and repairs.. and I see bad reviews in the past listed here so I'm really glad to know they got their act together and deserve high praise for their current work ethic and staff. I will ABSOLUTLY use them in the future if needed.
