We called on a Friday that our thermostat was out. Will came out and at least got us up running before he had to see two more calls late in the day. He was the most knowledgable technician that seeemed like he knew his stuff and really wanted to help the customer. He is coming back for 4 more hours to see what problems my two units are doing and get us squared away. My wife even said he was the best she had seen,.

The AC technicians are so nice and very professional. They explain everything to me. I would and have recommended Murray AC to several people. Will was my technician and he has been at my house twice. He is very good at his job. He is great

What a great experience with the Service provided by Cortland, the Murray technician that came to our house. He listened to the problems I was having with my AC and immediately diagnosed it and fixed it. In addition he also checked the system to make sure everything was functioning properly. I live in Floresville, Texas and was referred to Murray AC by a friend. I had no idea they were right around the corner in La Vernia. Murray Air Conditioning was on the spot with my AC service request. I called in at 1000 and their tech, Will, was on site by 1330! The best part was that he came equipped with the correct parts to resolve my trouble. Will educated me on how to keep the pump & filter clear to avoid being in the same predicament again. If Murray AC did not have Cortland as a tech I would have stopped using them a long time ago! He is awesome and would not recommend anyone else to service your unit. I am selling my home and I paid for a spring and fall check. The owner refuses to honor the fall 1/2 (even though I pre paid)!! Even though I have been a long time customer and have given recommendations she still refused!! I asked if I could do it early and she refused! She expressed that she did not care if I was a long time customer that she would not honor it. I said I was going to get the home owners to use Murray and she could care less. Like I said if Cortland was not there I would have looked Elsewhere a long time ago. I had another tech for years and found out he was not cleaning the units and was in and out in ten minutes! He still works there, guess he is related somehow. Plenty of competition out there!

We have been entrusting Murray Air with our AC needs for several years now and have been extremely satisfied. We recommend them to everyone we know. They are timely, professional, knowledgable, reasonably priced, and worked with us to find options within our budget when we were shopping for new units. Called Murrays this morning and within 15 minutes Will, the tech, showed up. This young man was very pleasant and knowledgable and had my unit, which was totally unresponsive, up and going in no time. That is not all Will took extra time, in my opinion, to run through several cycles of both the heat and ac functions to assure the problem did not duplicate. I will be hiring this company to do my annual inspections as Will, and I'm sure the company overhaul, takes the time to make sure the customer is happy.

The Murray Air Conditioning Technician arrived promptly as scheduled. He was well mannered, very knowledgeable about our air conditioning systems, and cleaned up the mess that fell down from the attic trapdoor. I am well pleased with the timeliness of his work and his professional attitude. After today's services, I gladly entered into a maintenance service contract for continued service from Murray Air Conditioning.
