Absolutely the kindest nicest people to work with. When I call Murray A/C I know I am going to receive a honest answer to my issue. I also can trust the problem will be fixed by a professional. They don’t try to trap me into spending more than I need to. They fix the issue and advise me on what’s needed.

Lane came out to check our ductwork in our attic to try to even out the cooling. He was very thorough and provided us with multiple options to consider but did not push any high priced hard sell on us which I greatly appreciated. He even hung around and answered several general questions I had about our system. I feel like we found an a/c company we can trust going forward.

Great service! I purchased an hvac system online but without the knowledge to install it. They came in, told me what was necessary to get the job done, gave me several options based on different extras and showed up when they said, all that makes them a great company in my opinion.

This is a very old unit they are servicing for my mother in law. They have put band aid fixes a couple of times. Are nice enough to have a sales person reach out to see how much to get a new one. This one is 23 years old in a single wide. I feel like they have been honest with us and not trying to just sell a new unit. Seem trustworthy.

Jason and Scott were very personable. Jason, the lead tech, took his time and was willing to explain the steps he was taking to clean the pump and the lines for the mini split that wasn't draining properly. He was efficient and also made sure to push the insulation in the attic back around the unit before they left. Thank you Murray A/C.

Murry AC really came through on the hottest week of the year! Got out to my house in the time frame specified, super friendly technition. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was going on and how to fix it and how AC systems in general work. I will absolutely call them again for service or maintinance!
