Our house is over 25 years old. Some of our AC runs were torn up and we were air conditioning our attic. Carlos and crew came in replaced the bad runs and optimized the air flow. Poor guys were working hard all day, but now everything looks great up there. We are no longer AC the attic and all
rooms are staying cooler with less energy being used. They did a great job!

As a property manager, I can't say enough positive things about this company. They're always very responsive, able to get out to properties quickly and always try to repair the system instead of automatically recommending replacement. I get email updates when they're on their way so I am constantly informed. I highly recommend this company. I'll be using them on my own home.

AC unit stopped working. Called another company to come out and they said they would be there in a couple hours. The next morning (20 hours later) I hadn't heard from them. Even after calling a leaving a couple messages. So called Air Comfort Systems. They were at my house within 22 mins. and figured out what was wrong and fixed it within a couple hours. The tech was nice, friendly, and knew what he was doing. Will be calling them again if needed.

What a wonderful experience! Our A/C went out in the middle of the night. Called and left a msg, and Carlos returned my call at 7:15AM! Their tech, Steve, was here by 8:00AM and we are back up and running already! And it didn't cost an arm and leg, either. I highly recommend you call them.

I called this afternoon asking for a quote on a service call. I explained my AC symptoms, I was told the price for the service call. Before agreeing to come out, I was asked to check one thing. Yup, that fixed it. Could he have charged me? Sure. Did he? No. Class act with great over the phone support. Will definitely be called on when I have a real issue. Thanks for the help!

Carlos came to my aide today! My call was answered immediately, which I did not expect on a Sunday afternoon. I placed a call to him at 2:45 PM and he was at the property before 4 PM. Once he arrived, he quickly assessed the problem, it was lack of maintenance. Having no AC on one of the hottest day of the year, I was at his mercy and he could have taken full advantage of my misfortune but he did not. He corrected the problem and gave me a tips in how to prevent this in the future. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. Lack of maintenance did set me back $383.00 (this included catching me up on deferred maintenancebut I could have been far worse, they could have told I needed parts replaced that I did not even need and I would never have know the difference. Carlos had definitely earned my future business and no more ignoring my heating and cooling system for me. Thank you Carlos.
