    I cant say enough about how nice and professional this company is! From the amazing person who took my call to the technician that came out to do the work! They did their best to get to me as soon as possible, even worked me in one day early! I will continue using this company for all of my HVAC needs!

    I'm so excited that my home won't be 90 inside any longer!! Thank you guys sooo much! !

    These guys are awesome. We were screwed over by another company who didn’t show up for their time slot. I called these guys as they had come last year for another issue and was informed by the receptionist that they could work me in before the weekend on Friday (next day). The tech came out exactly as scheduled and fixed our system HE EVEN REMEMBERED US from last year. I highly recommend them for all of your needs.

    Had the inside unit replaced at my home and service was impeccable. Had a few other problems later on and service continues to be exceptional. Will definitely recommend to anyone I can and will continue to use for regular maintenance or any other problems that might occur.

    I’m conflicted as the tech wasn’t bad. The Tech that came out was super nice and very quick. Knew the problem and was able to correct it. However, the lady that works the office has a very bad attitude. It’s sad to see that customer service no longer exists. I realize it’s a busy time for business like this during this time of year but it’s no excuse. The call was put into my property management Monday. Tuesday morning i was instructed to call Liberty Air for an appointment. When i called the lady there said Their Internet was down and she said that she knew the appoint wasn’t that day but the next day. She couldn’t access the time and said my property management was told and they should have told me. My property management was not told a timing at all. She said she would call me right back with the appointment time. I never received a call. I made arrangements for the next day still unaware of the time. Once I finally got a hold of that lady she was rude. Denied ever telling me my appointment was Wednesday (SHE DID) began to tell me it was Thursday. She had a terrible attitude and said if I wanted I could go find someone else. LADY, IF IT WAS MY WARRANTY AND RESPONSIBILITY I WOULD HAVE!!!! It was like speaking with a defiant toddler. She did say they had a medical emergency. Which I can respect but the business doesn’t stop. Be professional and have someone step in and help you. Communicate with tour customers! YOU yourself hand the job off to someone else if you need to. Then they refused to get my key. They told my Property management this about a hour before they showed up. I just started a new job and am in the middle of training. I had to leave and rush home from temple so I could have AC fixed. Absolutely unacceptable. I could teach her a thing her two about customer service, time management, problem solving and respect. Seriously hope they can work on this. Communication and attitude would have been the pivotal asset to a better experience.

    This company was absolutely great. They were very compassionate and courteous the whole way through. My warranty company is not the fastest but these guys stayed on top of them. Their tech was one of the most informative ones I know and throughly inspected what two other guys messed up and failed to fix. I felt like these guys treated me like family and I will definitely recommend them.

    I had an HVAC emergency so I called Liberty AIr. They responded promptly and with much courtesy even though it was a holiday weekend and late in the day. The woman working in the office followed up with me over the holiday weekend to make sure everything was working properly. I highly recommend Liberty Air.

    Was referred to this company by a friend about two years ago. Came out and received excellent service, went above & beyond. Signed up for their yearly service plan. So after my 2 services, spring & fall, just assumed that I’d get a call for my next service plan, because that’s one thing I can’t remember to do, reason I like the servicing plan. Nothing, so when I finally remembered, called & set up an appointment for my day off. Waited all day, nothing, no call, just sitting around all day. Called them the next day or so, no answer. Later that morning got a phone call back from them, they didn’t even know who they were calling, ask for Miss Bailey. Very upsetting, needless to say I didn’t call them back, although I really liked their service.

    On July 9th, Liberty Air SUPPOSEDLY flushed my drain tube to stop leaking due to dog hair. TODAY, August 8th, I again had leaking and called a different company. My drain tube was never PROPERLY flushed, as evidenced by the clogging at the outdoor drainage tube! No, my coils are NOT dirty as predicted by Liberty Air!!! I'm soooooooo glad I only had to pay $45 bucks to Liberty Air because they were sent by Choice Home Warranty!!! I do NOT recommend Liberty Air!!!!

    Liberty Air is the most polite, efficient, and speedy company . They made me feel like I was priority and completed servicing my A/C very fast. I would highly recommend to anyone needing service

    I wish I could give a negative star. This company was unwilling to work their set time and pushed us back from a Thursday /Friday to the following Tuesday. This company opted to return the part to the warranty company rather than work with us. They also threatened to return part first then move us further ahead to next Friday which would mean we would have been without air for a month. I found that extremely unprofessional. I cannot convey it enough to find another company to work with regarding you hvac needs.
