    Excellent service and value. Within 24 hours of my AC going bad, Gabriel came to the house looked at it and determined it was in fact broken, and had a new one installed. I’ve heard the bad stories and this wasn’t one. The provided fast service and got us back to being comfortable. The installers were super nice and got everything installed 30 minutes before they said. They cleaned up and left, super happy and recommend them for anything having to do with you heating and AC unit.

    My AC stopped working it was 6 pm my usual AC guy doesn't have emergency service. However cool nation heating and Air came out. Not only were they professional, prompt but they were reasonably priced. I will definitely be using them in the future.

    First, I was grateful they were able to come over and do a consult on Presidents Day. Our downstairs AC was not cooling. He was able to determine the problem and get someone out to service it the next day. Both employees were great, professional, and knowledgeable.
    Everything went great and my AC is back up and running.

    He (Gabriel) didn't inform property owner of up leading charges to an expensive repair. I was charged entirely too much for a capacitor worth $25.99 and the bill came up to $225.00. Diagnostics were not thorough. The warranty was misplaced somehow for the HVAC they installed in May 2019. Hmm! I believe I am entitled to some $$ back. Not all of it but, something. It was close to 10 hours before he showed up. Unbelievable!! The A/C went out the day before. Still, today I have not received the invoice or receipt. No job/work order was completed. Overall, the repair was completed satisfactorily. I hope this post informs people of negligence or maybe bad or off days people have. Mistakes happen!

    Worked me in same day. Came out for free to check my unit. Was able to find the problem quickly and fix the problem. Checked to makes sure nothing else was bad and made sure the air was blowing nice and cool before leaving. Very friendly and professional.

    First, I've never seen anyone take out the entire unit to service it. It was 3 years old. They had to weld it back in. Second, we got a mini split from them. We asked five times for the warranty and never got it. They came out to reattach a hose which went well. Then it appeared we had a leak. The phone call was an in your face reply stating freon went from $80 to $800 overnight. All I wanted them to do is find the leak and was willing to pay for their visit. We set it up for a Friday and they never showed up. The lack of respect and response is something I cannot tolerate.

    I called Cool Nation about my A/C not working Gabriel said he could be there in less than 30 minutes and was actually at my house in that time. I didn’t expect same day service especially since it was after 6pm. He took time to troubleshoot thoroughly and quickly. I was also extremely impressed by the level of customer service. I don’t write reviews often but in this case I don’t feel it would be right not to let others know about my experience because I can’t express how happy I am compared to what I was expecting. I would definitely call Cool Nation for any service in the future.

    My air conditioner suddenly stopped working and it was 80 degrees inside. I called Cool Nation and Gabriel squeezed me into his busy day to look at my unit. He was able to fix the problem quickly and it is working beautifully! Nice and cold in here now! I highly recommend calling them for any heating or air conditioning issues. Thank you so much!
