Temperature Solutions A/C

I'm glad that a neighbor of mine referred me to Temperature Solutions. Tyler is always quick to answer and get us on the schedule, and Zach always listens to my concerns and suggests the appropriate next steps. This is the only company I'll be calling for my heating and cooling concerns.

Temperature Solutions was prompt in their response, kept us informed of when they would arrive, were professional in their assessment and performed the repair while on site. We will continue to use them in the future and refer them to others.

Very satisfied with our experience with Temperature Solutions. We were out of town when we were notified our AC was not cooling. We reached out for recommendations and fortunately we contacted Temperature Solutions. Tyler, the dispatcher, worked with us over the phone to arrange a service call to diagnose. They were on site within a few hours and were able to get the house cooling again after a quick diagnosis.

The technician Josh was informative and professional. Tyler followed up the following day to go over the invoice to ensure we had no questions and also check that we were satisfied with the work performed and information we were given by the tech.
