Our A/C went out last week. They lent us two portable AC units and it made the weekend so much nicer! The new AC unit was just installed. Really great work and communication!
Let me start by saying that we had a choice when it came to selecting an HVAC Contractor to perform new equipment installation in our residence. From the moment we met with Sales Rep Jim Donnelly, we knew that we were on the right path. The sales and selection process ran so smoothly. Within a week, an installation team arrived at our home and within approximately four hours, our first floor unit was installed, running flawlessly and providing steady, quiet and forceful cold air.
As luck would have it, a few times afterwards, our condensate lines backed-up and the new unit immediately stopped working as it is designed to do. Once again, one call to Triple A A/C and Technicians we’re immediately dispatched. In a few short hours, they arrived at our home had us up and running in no time. One Service Technician in particular, James Baldanza, went above and beyond. He climbed across insulations/rafters, traced the condensate line approximately 30’ into a sweltering attic (above 120 degrees), made multiple PVC modifications, cleared blockages and restored condensate water flow. In all, James spent nearly two and a half hours working on the issue and did so with a smile on his face. THIS … is an HVAC company that we will be doing business with for years to come! The Neff Family stands behind their Word and their work. Two things that are hard to come by these days anymore. Great Job by all!

Dustin and his team were very responsive and installed a complete system one day after we contacted them. They were even gracious enough to bring us a portable room air conditioner that we used until our new system was up and running. We would highly recommend Triple A Air Conditioning.
I recently had the ancient HVAC system in my home replaced. I shopped around and decided to go with Triple A and couldn’t be happier with my decision. They were great from the first phone call all the way through the install. One of the reasons I chose them was the professionalism that Chris displayed when he came out and wrote up the the estimate. He’s the only one that came in the house and did his own square footage measurements to see what size system I would need for my home which turned out to be lower than I thought it was. This good experience continued when Pete and his team arrived arrived for tear out and install. Pete’s and his team were friendly, polite and efficient and worked very well together, I was amazed at how quickly they completed the job. Thank you Triple A!
They took your money and did nothing! Our AC was not cooling enough. They send a technician, who examined everything and reported that there was nothing wrong. The AC was cleaned, and the cost was $300. Still not chilling at all. Finally, we had a different company and resolve the issue.
Triple AAA has the best customer service ever! These guys are extremely customer focused. Always easy to schedule, prompt, polite technicians like Trey and Tyler are awesome to work with.
They really take the time to discuss repairs and the pricing is very fair.
Triple A Air Conditioning is prompt and courteous. I work for a small nonprofit and we have had air conditioning problems for years. We had called three or four other A/C servicing companies and was sent around in circles and not told about any documents that needed to provided nor were we contacted concerning an appointment. From the beginning, Triple A told us exactly what we needed and kept us updated on when the guys were going to come in and what they were going to do. Our technician Trey was incredible! He was able to catch the fact that we had wiring issues, and made sure to schedule an appointment the minute our electricians were finished. Not only did he do a thorough job of making sure all of our units were working, he grabbed a vacuum and cleaned up the mess from underneath the ceiling tile. Now that's customer service. We are so happy with all of the service they have given us and will be happy to call them again in the future for any issues that may arise.
I got a quote from another AC repair place and they said everything needs to be replaced for a cost of 10,000 so I called Triple A to get a second opinion. Bryan Ardins came out and said my filter was really dirty so he replaced it then noticed the upstairs thermostat was off and said that I need to keep it on so it doesn't overwork the downstairs unit. He said everything else was working fine and at this time there was no need to replace anything. The AC is working great again. It's nice to know there are still honest people out there.
Trey did a good job diagnosing a heater exchange leak and giving us options. We were able to replace the heater under warranty which saved us a lot of money. Work was professional and performed satisfactory. Would have given 5 stars if Triple A proactively looked up the warranty info prior to quoting the repair. I had to look it up myself and ask that they check it which they did. Otherwise, I would have had to pay for a $1500 part. Despite that, very happy with the service and Trey and Dustin did a great job.
