Wow, I am a believer now, my unit went out over the weekend, so I start calling all those 24 hour service company at 6 am, no body answer, I call Air Guy before they open, Tim answer the phone said he will be at my place in 30 Min. on TIME, he check it out told the same thing my good buddy told me. out side unit coils are bad. he sent Johnny out with parts
this guy made it look so EZ. in 3 hour I was cooling down. there was no up sale , Johnny was very knowledgeable and professional. oh the other guys started calling me back at 9:30, after Air Guy has been paid

Our experience with The Air Guy was great! Tim was professional and honest. He explained our AC issues in detail and provided short term and long term options. He arrived on time each day and always made sure the area he and his team worked in was clean prior to leaving. We will definitely be using the Air Guy in the future and are happy to recommend them!

My elder mothers heater was non-functional for some time now, I live out of state and advised her to call around and get someone to come out and fix it. Of course she had A friend of a friend of a neighbor who claimed to be a licensed heating/ac repair technician. He took it apart and did not know how to put it back together. I finally steeped in and and did my research and found The Air Guy. All the reviews were AMAZING. Tim responded quickly and professionally but also very personable... and this was over the phone. My concerns were immediately put at ease and I knew without a doubt that Tim was going to get the repair done quickly and with reasonable honest fees. My mothers heater was up and working in just a few days ( a part was ordered) My mother had nothing but wonderful things to say about Tim and the other gentleman that was also present. I was able to pay over the phone with a credit card and even paid a small amount more for him to come check the unit in the summer and fall. Thank you a Million times over for making this very very very easy and painless!!! I HIGHLY recommend The Air Guy!!!

Tim and his team were great. While my home warranty company gave me the run-around for months, Tim gave us an honest and fair assessment of our system and our options. I asked him to come out as a "third-opinion" and he ultimately became our go to contractor for replacing our system. Replacing the AC unit is always a significant requirement and Tim showed an understanding that other contractors did not. His concern for our family and patience was one of the many reasons we chose to work with him.

I found The Air Guy on Google, I'm so glad I did!! I called at 7pm, told him the issue and 10mins later he was at my door. That itself was amazing!! He explained to me what the issue was and how he fixed it. I purchased a maintenance plan because I really don't think I'll trust anyone else with my AC unit. Tim was straightforward with the charges and explained how the plan works. If you're looking for someone you can trust with your AC repair, but are scared of being ripped off by one of those big companies because you don't know any better, call Tim.

I had a hard time deciding which company to go with and finally decided on the Air Guy and I am so happy that I did. Johnny first came out to give me an estimate and ultimately did the install of our new AC system. He was very friendly and made sure to show me what was wrong with the old system. He also showed me all the work he did and explained what everything was and showed me how to change the filter and operate the new thermostat. Tim was equally helpful and friendly. I bombarded him with tons of questions to make my decision and he answered all of them, even when they were at 10pm. He also responded quickly to my messages. They did an awesome job and I would highly recommend them!

Our AC wasn't working, Tim came to diagnose it and said it needed to be replaced or repaired. we spent 2500 to replace the whole unit, which seemed pretty descent based on what i have found in google. He provided us with a window unit for the night while we were waiting for it to get fixed, which was very helpful since it was getting close to 95 degrees inside. Once AC was fixed , he told us that something called TXV wasn't metering refrigerant ( I'm completely ignorant on this subject) which is what caused our compressor to die. SO all in all i spent close to 3000. However i think that was a descent price for the job. He gave us 10 year warranty on the unit and a one year maintenance warranty for which he will be back in fall to check out.
Tim had to make a total of 4 trip to our home and work outside in this heat. He was very helpful .Tim was also timely and came to diagnose the same day, within hours which was impressive.
Customer service was top notch and i feel like i got my money's worth.

Our back bedroom was not as cold as the rest of our house. Other companies claimed lack of freon. Unfortunately, it was not fixing the problem. When Tim arrived, he discussed lack of air flow to the room. He added an extra intake vent in the den and adjusted the air flow through our plenum box. When he was done the problem was fixed. The room received incredible air flow without the expense of losing air flow in the rest of the house. You will not find a more honest, knowledgeable and fair technician. I plan on using Tim for all future work on my system.

Had been working with Air Guy on 3 separate occasions specifically with Johnny without any complaints. He’s no longer with Air Guy, and upon having my AC go out again, they refused to come out and do a warranty checkup, regardless of my tenure as a customer and buying their products. Unprofessionally dealt with, and left me with zero reason to come work with them again. Rarely post reviews, but don’t want others to face similar issues when paying large amounts of money only to be treated like a stranger. Very difficult for them to find any documents of the services they’ve rendered to me. 2 thumbs way down.

There is no question why The Air Guy has a 5-star rating. I have been a customer of a "big guy" company for years. I read many positive reviews and decided to give The Air Guy a try. Johnny was prompt, so prompt I wasn't ready for him! He asked me questions and diagnosed the problem and had the issue resolved in no time. The down-to-earth personality made me feel valued as a customer as if I, the person, mattered as well and not like I was just more revenue for the company. I'm embarrassed to admit I thought this was going to be another awkward transaction with a stranger in my home. It was the opposite. It felt like a longtime friend coming to visit.
Bye-Bye big guy. I am a customer of The Air Guy for life!!
