My HVAC went out Sunday night and it was HOT! I called Felix (Houston Future A/C & Heat) and he asked me the problem and then had his guy there less than 1 hour. He arrived, fixed the problem in 15 minutes then proceeded to handle other maintenance as a courtesy for using them again while explaining how I should care for the outdoor system. My air now blows colder than is used to like brand new (home only 13 years old). This is my 2nd time using them and I highly recommend them to anyone. #NumberinContacts!

The technician (MC Perez) was very professional and taking his time explaining to me the problems with my AC. Very detailed. Great customer service and I would recommend him to anyone.

Came out within hours of me calling him with an issue. Felix showed up and quickly diagnosed the issue and had it fixed within a couple minutes. He then took the time to show me the system and show me how to do the cleaning and which components were what.

Felix and MC installed a new evaporator coil quickly and at a great price, just in time for the summer months in Houston. We live in the Summerwood area and after using other HVAC service providers, we are very glad to have found Houston's Future A/C & Heat.

We need replace a A/C thermostate. it's a small job, but David came in the same day, done the job professional way, and at very resonable price. highly recommended, and definitely will hire them again.
