Very professional, friendly, and prompt. Even on a Sunday, Andy was here within about 20 minutes of the initial call. No charge, since they were here a few months back installing new motor. It was a simple fix, took him less than 2 minutes to diagnose problem, but i was still concerned i would be charged a Sunday service call, a fist bump is all that i was 'charged' Highly recommend this excellent company and will ONLY use them in the future, if we do encounter problems with our unit. Andy thoroughly explained the problem in simple terms that i could easily understand. Once again i recommend anybody who has problems w their AC, forget the other guys and call this company first.
