HUMPHREY AIR CONDITIONING

Our experience with Humphrey's was excellent. The AC unit started to fail on a hot day. We called Humphrey's and Andy personally answered the phone. He set up a time to come by and called when was on his way. He was able to get the unit back up and running quickly, He took the time to explain how the system works and mentioned most common problems to be aware of with our particular unit. The customer service was above and beyond what we expected. Their technical knowledge was extensive and their communication with us, have made us loyal customers. We highly recommend them to anyone in need of AC services.

If you’re wondering which AC/Heating company to go with in the area, I highly recommend Humphrey’s over others in the area! Here is my experience: I called 3 other AC places before calling Humphrey’s. One said they didn’t work on mobile homes, another said they didn’t do the kind of work I needed done, and the third was unsure if they could help but would send someone out sometime between 3p-5p. I called Andy and he didn’t hesitate one bit on whether or not he could get the job done. He was at my home in about 1 hour and the issue was fixed in less than 30 minutes! I highly recommend Humphrey’s and will DEFINITELY be calling them FIRST in the future!

I have used Humphrey for both business needs and personal residence. They are excellent at their trade, I can highly recommend them for any HVAC needs. Andy and his crew are the best by far in East Texas.

The first time I used this business he did not show on the day he said he would. He did however reschedule and did finally show up. I asked how much I owed and there was no charge.
The second time I was going to use this business he didn't come when he said he would. You're lucky if he shows at all. He left me in the summer heat with no air conditioning saying he would be out to fix it and never showed.
I thought I'd give this company another chance. Again, he told me he would be there tomorrow and never showed. I arranged my schedule and finances to have work done just to be left hanging with not even a call from this company.
